    I have a charge on my card from Encore marketing 1-877-498-7283. When I called they said I signed for some kind of deal for free shipping every time I ordered. No way, I didn't do that.

    I had the same thing happened to me.  I never signed up for it and couldn't reach them concerning this charge.  Called my credit card company and had it disputed.  I wonder how many fraudulent charges they have done to people so far.

    What the hell is happening with this company?  Every month Im receiving a $19.99 charge for something I dont even know what it is?  Ill contact the BBB and try to solve this situation.

    Showed up on my credit card and I couldn't remember.  But I called and got a rep who reminded me what I had done.  And I had agreed to free shipping for signing up, blah-blah-blah.  However, I ask for a cancellation of the service and it was granted bacause it was within the examination period.  At any rate; all sounds good so far.  I'll let you know if a charge shows up next month.

    There were charges posted to my credit card as IN PASS ID051987915 877-498-7283 MD. The exact same thing has happened to me. Charges of $14.95 on my credit card. My cc company is disupting them. If this happens to you, report it!

    Just relized I have been charged $12.95 by this company. I never signed up for anything. When I called the number all it said was push one to cancel your membership. But I have no idea what it is. Now Im wondering how long it has been charging me $12.95!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just noticed this charge for the first time. Apparently I've been paying for this membership for a year. the rep said she could only go back 2 months, but was nice about sending me to her supervisor. her supervisor said she can go back up to 6 months total. then i asked if there's anything she can do and she was able to get authorization for a total of 8 months. At least that's something for my stupid mistake. Apparently I signed up for this membership when Newport Clothing internet site offered "free shipping" with this 30 day free trial membership. That "free shipping" where Newport didn't even send me my item because it's "out of stock" cost me a big time. I won't be stupid about checking anything that has a trial membership. I thought this membership company was nice overall and tried to help and friendly on the phone.

    I have also been charged $14.95 per month for the last few months on my bank statement.  I could not get any one on the telephone except, so I settled for an automated line.  I cancelled after being charged for the last 4 months.  I have no idea what it is for.  The tel # is the same  1 877 498 7283  and states on my bank statement "Insider Pass".

    Hi, I also have been charged $14.95 per month for the last 2 months on my bank statement. I called my bank and they don't know what kind of service it is. I never sign up for any service for which I should be charge that amount. And my bank charge $30 if they cancel the payment how unfair is that?? I called the phone number 877 498 7283 and they only give the option to cancel, so I did and they gave me a confirmation number of my cancellation. But, I called again and my phone number was still in their records, canceled again. I just hope that cancellation works.

    I have been getting charged $14.95 on my credit-card since March and I just noticed it when I checked my bill ?   the billing says IN PASS IDO51776427 877-498-7283 MD $14.95   FOR WHAT!!!!  it's now $74.75 I want it to stop now...

    I didn't receive a phone call from IN PASS but when I went online to check my banking information this morning, I learned that my checking account was debitted $1.95 on 7/29/08. I'm pretty good at keeping track of expenses so when I couldn't account for it I immediately called my bank. Who knows how much they will milk me for if I don't put a stop to it now!
