I answered and they did not. They were on the line but said nothing. Would really wish that people or companies would quit calling.

Called 11:23AM - Received a recorded message - "Please hold for an important call." Held for 15 seconds, a voice answered - indentified themselves, however I could not understand what they said. Then shortly afterward hung up the phone.

I had a missed call on my cell phone from this number, they didn't leave a message.  I called it back from my work phone (my work # shows up unknown).  It answered Central Business Office...then press 1 for English, etc.  I pressed one & it asked for a reference #, which I didn't have obviously.  Then I was on hold for like 5 minutes & nobody ever picked up.  So I have no idea what this is.

got a call from this number and a machine said hold for an important call and then some lady tried to get me to verify my birthday and address. Seems odd to me that they are looking for me and need all that information. Need to be careful what you give out.

They called and asked me to wait for the incoming call, which was weird. Why shud we wait for an incoming call????? I waited for 52sec and then hung the phone. No idea who they were.

Call came in from 877-503-5218 on my cell phone. I didn't answer the phone.  Instead, I waited to see if a voice mail would be left. I got my message alert for new voice mail. When I went to check it, there was music playing and then silence.

I called them back , and it's for the Central Business Office. They apparently handle billing for certain hospitals. They indicated I owed a doctor money and I needed to send a check. I tried verify the original number and he indicated 1-877-503-5218.  The number I called first was 928-773-1922 and this central business office said a modem transferred the call.  He gave me a local number to call and it turns out it was Flagstaff AZ medical.  I called number and verified this Central Business is an out source that does billing and collections for certain hospitals in south west.  They have received many complaints and are trying to fix the problem.  If you ask for a local number they will give you the hospital billing number nearest to you.  Do not send them money without getting the hospital to send you a full accounting on what your insurance has paid.  They said I owed over $3000 and the insurance I have doesn't even have any copay so this is either a hospital error or an insurance error.

Keep getting calls from this number. Same as others, call back and get put on hold or incoming phone call asks me to hold for an "important" call. I did receive service at Flagstaff Medical Center, but am not late on any bills.

I keep getting a call every day at the same time, a pre recorded voice tells me that I have a important message, but no messages! only some retarded playing a guitar... ??? why am I getting these calls??

This number called my grandsons cell phone. He did not answer since he knows not to answer strange calls. They need to stop that crap whoever they are!

I get a call from them like once every two weeks. I never answered. they left a voice mail once, saying plz wait for an incoming call, and then they played a song. when the song was over, my voice mail said " end of message". They just called me right now, but didn't answer.

My experience was pretty much identical to the last post (5 Feb).

I called them back, got someone on the line in about a minute, then told the guy I was going to hang up on him like he did on me. Followed through.

Same as others, they called my cell phone number. I answered, recorded message states "Please hold for an "important" call." Goes to hold music for about 1 minute then called dropped.

I called back and a recorded message answers "You have reached the Central Business Office, please hold." I waited 2 minutes and was disconnected.

I don't know who these people are and don't care. Piss poor service and ridiculous phone manners. I do not owe any money that I am aware of. Even if I did, still a terrible way to try and collect. Whoever they are, they can just stop calling my cell phone.

These people called my cellphone and didn't even bother to leave a message. I don't intend on wasting my minutes on someone that I don't know and if they don't know how to leave a voice mail then it obviously isn't important. Thanks for posting. Now I have an idea of who they are based on all of your posts. I don't owe any money so why would they be calling me? I'm tired of getting spam calls on my cellphone...just my cellphone.

I received a call from this number and could hardly understand anything that was said, had to listen 3 times for the number.  Still not sure what they wanted. The call was not for me.
