2-4 times a day, they call.  today I decided to answer - they hung up or the machine hung up.

They call constantly...several times per day.  We never answer and have blocked the number.

I get the call about 4 or 5 times a week. Same issue, hangs up on answering maching and hangs up on me.

They Called twice today and hung up on the answering machine.  I don't answer unless I know who it is.  I don't have caller id, but I dialed *69 to find out who it was that called and hung up.

At least twice a day - never leave a message.  I screen all calls.

Calls most days at about noon, and leaves a blank answering machine message.

i have recieved numerous calls from this number and I called the number back and a computer answered and stated that it was something called "Credit Protector" and they would call me back. Did I make a mistake and now they will keep calling me?

Callsed 18 times in 3 days....we never answered the phone.  In month of march called 13 times never leaving a message.  In my opinion, this is harassment.

They hung up when the answering machine came on and no message was left.

CitiBank keeps calling and calling.  No way to make them stop.  (They make it very very impossibly difficult to opt out.)  reported to donotcall.gov (again)

Would Citibank change it's practices if harassed people called/emailed Citibank affiliates [use google] at random (tech support, cust serv etc.) and asked to be placed on their 'do not call' list and politely complained about the calls? "People won't poke a snake that bites".

Call the number back from a pay phone.  The owner of the 800 number has to pay a surcharge of $.65 a call.

10 calls a day (not every day) works out to $100 a month.  If only 10 more people could do this too.
