This stuff is getting boring.

Called 2 times in less than 10 minutes. Left message after second call. Some recording telling me to contact them because they have just received an important matter that involves me. Told me to ask for Terri Freeman today, before they close, forgot the time, central standard time. SCAMMMMMM!!!! Don't pick up. Tell them to eat it or something.

Terri Freeman is very busy..he just called me ...and has called over and over this past week..I am beyond pissed and angry...dealing with a disability and chasing a ringing phone..just to hear some convoluted message...ARGH!!!

I just had this number for 2 days. Nobody has it. I have no idea who it is. They left a voice mail & said they can't discuss the matter on a voice mail & wants me to call. I don't ever call anybody I don't know & I sure don't answer my phone to unknown numbers. If it's important then they can tell me the name of the company on my voicemail.

Yep. It appears to be some guy named "Terri". From the other posts...this Terri guy is a busy man. Still, not calling him.

received a message stating that there was an important legal matter to discuss, that information & misinformation needed to be sorted out, and to contact 'terry’. when I returned the call I was treat EXTREMELY rudely. I refused to confirm their information until i knew the nature of their call & this got me personal insults and hung up on. i called back asking to speak with a manager before i would confirm my info. I was put on hold then hung up on. The third call back got me more insults & hung up on. I was told that i was being evasive and If I took care of my business i wouldn't get these calls I was also told that i did not have a real complaint and the manager didnt pick up phone calls for that kind of stuff... I was calm & polite towards them all. Seems like it could be a scam but not positive. if it is a legit company who do i call/write to make a formal complaint? no one deserves this treatment regardless of their situation. NOT an acceptable way of conducting business.

This Creep "Terry" keeps calling my wife and threatening me if I don't return his call. He can kiss my [***] for all I care. I would really like to get my hands around his chicken neck.

Received a phone message from Terry. He said it was urgent. i have received the same message for four days and have not been able to speak with this person. I wish this flam-scam artist would either shut up or make himself available to me. I have a really urgent message for him.

I know what you are going through. This guy is a real piece of work. He is making me miserable. What can we do?

I got the same message as others have received - this must be a scam!

I've received this call three times over the past 60 days.  The message is very cryptic:

"Good morning, this is Terry Freeman.  I've received a matter of yours in our office that requires your immediate response.  My intensions are to verify some location information on this matter and try to un-delute some of the conflicting facts that are currently present.  I'll be in the office until roughly 6pm central standard time.
I need you to contact me since I cannot divulge proprietary information on your voice mail. You can reach my office at 877-519-6039 again that numbers 877-519-6039.

When you call just ask for Terry and they'll ring you through directly into me.  I'll talk to you soon and thanks for your time in advance. "

This seems like a collection agency.  However I am not aware of any accounts that could possibly be trying to collect on me, as I take care of my business.  This has to be a fishing scam to collect your information.

This call has been ringing every other day.  Our phone is listed in the National Do Not Call registery, and I fully intend to report them this morning.

IF you are on the national Do NOT Call List, go to the DNC web site and make a formal complaint.  I just did one, and then the Imperial Recovery Partners LLC Called again, so another complaint going into the record.

I just got the same message from this guy too!

They call at least once a day  it is a scam!

I got a call from this number and it was the same as above to the letter but the [***] was kevin schwartz

i receive this call from terry about 3-6 times a day. until last night i received it yet again. i always check the number before i answer my phone. i recognized it as the same one that has been calling me.
i decided what the heck ... i will answer it. so i answered it with "THANK YOU FOR CALLING THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, HOW MAY I HELP YOU ?" I never heard anyone hang up so fast..
