Called my sister house and asked for me repeatedly.My Sister has an unlisted number. I called them an told them to remove the number.

just got a call from this number it's 8pm called looking for my brother. He doesn't live here never has.

got sum dumb ass papers from a server had this # on it ... wanted to c wat it wuz ...guess ill find out on my cort dte

I receive a call from this number on an almost daily basis.  Each time, they leave a message saying I have an impending court date tomorrow.  I do not have an impending court date.  I guess it is their ploy to get me to call them.  It didn't work.

After repeated call from this number leaving recorded messages re a legal suit received a call from 702-358-0101 from a live person saying she was from Drake & Assoc calling re an Affidavit of Due Dilligence on a pending claim filed against me. Was told to call the 877-522-5275 office immediately with a claim number. It is a collection agency trying to get money on a delinquent cc balance of ex-husband.

This is harrassing me making false accusations

Got a message from this number to call regarding a litigation against us for a bad check. Supposed attorney's name is Franklin Bishop. He tried everything to get info out of me regarding my husband's SS#  etc,..we do not use the check cashing place they are referring to. This is a scam--please beware! They are simply trying to get info out of you. Their number that showed up on my called ID is 213-599-3783--even though they left the above 877 number for me to call them back. Do not fall for this ploy!

they are trying to collect on a cc# that had been charged off in 1985

Just received a call from them. I told them I have no debt and no checks written. I said, please email me the bill/allegations regarding this issue. She said, I need to send a letter in to them stating I have paid the debt. I said, just send me the bill, she hung up.

None (voice mail came out silent)

I got a call from my brother stating someone had called re: an unpaid PayDay Loan with PayDay Yes.  I called the number back (above #)& spoke to "Kathryn Miller" & when I asked where she got my brother's info for info about me she stated "I assume a database".  Asked where she was calling from stated tthe Validation Dept with Drake Associates & I asked where the company was out of & she stated I am out of New York & never answered where Drake & assoc was from.  She told me she would email the validation of the debt & I can contact her after.  She then put me on hold for several minutes & I hung up & called back. When I called back a man answered-keep in mind, they don't answer the phone giving the company's name, & stated "how can I help you"...I asked him the same thing...where did you get my brother's info & he says a Government database & evidently at some point you must have been associated with him.  I told him I am waiting on an email from Ms Miller & once I get that I will contact an attorney.  That was about an hr & half ago,& have not recived an email.

I got a call from this number (877-522-5275) a few moments ago. A recording came on after I answered, stating they were Drake and Associates and for me press '1' to speak with a representative about fraudulent activity and bounced checks (I don't even own checks nor do I use payday loan services). I pressed '1' and waited on someone to come on the line. A woman answered saying, "Yeah" like I had disturbed her sleep or something. Then she said "wrong number" and hung up. I can only guess this is some sort of scam. I guess I'll have to wait until they call again to find out.

I got a call from this number trying to say that I wrote a bad check. I do not write checks when I informed her that I had a lawyer she asked his name, I told her and I said I will be pursuing where my information is leaking out and she said Im not going to argue with you pay your d**** bills and hung up I called back and told her do not call my number harassing me and I hung up

I received 52 calls from these people in 24 hours. they called my cell phone, home phone and workplace claiming I owe a debt from a sagamore for $1036.60. the woman claims that I opened this account a few months ago and they are going to sue me. She swORE at me and told me that she will not stop calling me and that she will call me at work until I pay. I also received a call from a gentelmen at work claiming to be a lawyer and when i hung up he called and harassed the staff to get me on the phone. my employer told him to cease and desist. now these people are calling claiming the same thing and its the same numbers. my employer will take legal action if they don't stop calling. I also work for companies in buffalo this place does not exist anywhere they have a PO BOX.

My employer knows I was a victim of identity theft and have been receiving calls since. So they have taped all of my voice messages. I have saved every single message from them also. they even faxed an employment verificaiotn to get more of my personal information. When the director called back to ask to speak with the person who's name was on the fax the person that answered the phone stated that she no  longer worked there. He oltd them to stop and the woman said"aint this some [***]" does that sound legal. DONT PAY THEM ITS COSTS LOTS OF MONEY TO SUE AND YOU CAN COUNTER SUE THEM FOR HARASSMENT AND 4TH DEGREE STALKING SO TAPE YOUR MESSAGES ADN SAVE ALL OF THE CAPITAL LETTER WRITTEN INFORMATION THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Just was going over my missed calls (if you don't leave a message how am I supposed to know to call you back?).  Got this number MANY TIMES.  Called it (*67 of course) got a tired lady that answered "Drake and Associates".  Does anyone know if they are associated with a similar "firm" in Miami called "Jenkins Shaw Associates"?  Sent a C & D to their listed address, got sent back to me return to sender... hm.

They are related and this is all a scam. Don't fall for it. I filed a police report, called the attorney general and FTC. They are a scam, not legal. Some payday loan company sold your information to them or some debunked credit card company. they have gotten our informaiotn from some database out there. Protect yourself.  Please protect your credit report and contact your local court to see if you have any pending lawsuit. Tape record your conversations and save messages. This is how the police and FTC will cathc these people eventually. They cannot sue you did not have any pending charges.

I recieve a call for a Mr. Arron Siegal he stated he was collecting a debt for CMG GROUP LLC. He said I owe $752.50 and I need to pay this debt. it is a scam beware!!! He said he was from:

they have been calling me too and telling me that i owe money to a online payday loan. and they have an old address of mine. which have not lived there in a long time.

the name the phone person gave me is Allen Short at extention 301 and then told me that anyone in the office can help me when i called back.  he gave me a case number also. which really makes you think that this is legit. but when i brought this number up this is what i got. so beware people of this number block them if you can.
