Received a call from "Mike". "Urgent" matter regarding a friend, requesting location, can't leave details in the messages. Call back number doesn't not match the inbound number.

Got a message about him looking for some guy, he can't leave details in the message, but I must call him back to resolve some very important manner today.

Got a call from Mike Lambert. He needs me to call him back about a file he's got, to "get this wrapped up". Sure sounds just like the actor that has used many names and always needed me to call him back. I guess he's so busy he has to robo-call everyone on the list. No idea who he's looking for, didn't ask for anybody in particular.

Don't think I'll be returning this call.

For the past two weeks, we have been receiving calls from someone with the last name of Lambert. We receive them every single day (which is HIGHLY annoying because we both work via the Internet, and every time these fools call, it shuts our Internet down for a moment and we lose connection with our clients). The first few we got, the person was barely understandable, but I did hear him say that his name was Lambert and that he was trying to clear a file off of his desk and needed information about someone we know but he couldn't leave "proprietary information" on our answering machine. Those calls suggested I call back an 866 number. Then today, I got a call from a "Mike Lambert," who sounds like a real jerk - all pushy and demanding - saying that we have to "return [his] call today to get this wrapped up," but he still will not leave any info as to what he's calling about. My thought is this: IF this is legit and they do need info on someone we know, since they have our phone number, they could make a trip to the Internet or to a freaking phone book to find our address and mail us a letter about it. Considering that they are either too broke or too stupid or too lazy to do that, I really don't feel like calling them back - I choose to deal with legitimate professionals, and not some hack actors who try to scare people into calling.

Robo-calling from Mike Lambert. Recorded message about verifying some important information. Can't leave any information on the voice mail. No reference to my name or any personal information. Asked to call back at the same number.

Just got a robo call from Mike Lambert asking to call him back regarding some inaccurate information in his file and I need to call him back to wrap this up.

Wow! I thought I was special...NOT! Just received a call yesterday, same as the rest, file with inaccurate information for me or someone close to me. Called the number, just in case and it disconnected to a busy signal. Any ideas what or who this is?

Receive a message from the infamous Mike Lambert with the ambiguous message every day.  If I pick up it disconnects and gives a different number.  Is this some kind of phone charge scam maybe?

same as the others - very annoying.  Called back and was told Mike Lambert does not have an extention available.  Lots of questions, no answers.  Very rude, accusing even.   I told them to stop calling me.  never gave me the company name BTW which is very suspicious

Supposedly we pay the FCC and FTC to stop these sorts of calls.  We know how effective government agencies are, but we continue to pay.  Most government agencies exist in order to pretend to assist ordinary citizens and to employ incompetents.  Those agencies are good at the latter.  Never call unknown numbers back!  Ever!

Been getting the same phone calls for the last week or so.  Is there any way to stop these calls?  Is very annoying.

Got a call from this jerk today.....Some Lambert freak.......Is there any way this can be reported and this nut case arrested.
