Capitol Couriers is a special delivery service that offers nationwide delivery of any package requiring a signature to guarantee delivery.  Unlike USPS who will drop off to just anyone or FEDEX that will allow just anyone to sign for a delivery, Capitol Couriers guarantees your package delivered directly into the hands of your recipient.

Rabid Bill Collectors.  Do not talk to them.  Do not call them.  Do not interact with them.  They will also attempt to deliver "Final Notice" notices to you in attempt to get you to interact with them or call them.

I have never been associated with Capitol Couriers. I have never used the 830 or 877 numbers referenced.  Unfortunately, a lot of effort went into a post dedicated to the wrong party. Pity.

Kenneth, a Jesse Hernandez was hired by a Dallas Attorney named Emil Lippe, 214-855-1850 to terrorize me into giving him money.  The first person Lippe hired assaulted me.  The second terrorized a young girl at my apartment complex and the third--Jesse Hernandez chased me into the complex.  I would check into this further as they are posting your information on web sites and claiming they are delivering packages and serving process.  I have filed police reports but they won't do anything.  Lippe is getting progressively more aggressive.

This guy banged on my door and waited outside for a long time. You're in the wrong neighborhood buddy. Why would someone delivering a package act like that. Anyway, I got a 9mm for your ass.

I received the Yellow Notice Card on my mail box.. I called and no one answer the phone. I also contact the Capitol Couriers which have the difference number. They confirmed it's a scam on the notice card with 1888-524-9157. The neighbors saw a  man drove a black four door Corolla parked in the neighborhood driveway around 10:30 p.m . It seemed to be an attempt robbery. Reported to police
