SCAM SCAM SCAM, under the guise of a masked number which is a legitimate Sprint number, so if you redial it you will get Sprint, but not the department you are looking for, just a bunch of recordings to start.  
PHISHING Fishing HOOKED.  Don't fall prey, even the most sophisticated of most people who are good at not giving out info were fooled by this on this thread!  This number will be changed with in a few hours, as I called their bluff and notified Sprint and was guided and educated by a very knowledgeable Sprint service rep, This is a very sophisticated scam, with "Masking", "Cloning" and possible access to your bank account!  If in doubt hang up, never accept ANY solicitation call even if they know anything about your account number!

This is NOT true and is a valid number to reach Sprint.  They reference a group that is reaching out as a loyalty group with an offer to them for discounted phones.  It is absolutely true.

Judy, you're a dumbass.  That is a separate thing.  There is no reason for them to know which device you have in sales. [***].

I am so used to scamming solicitation calls that I was skeptical about this one.  However, it is legit.  It is a division of Sprint and I now have upgraded my phone to a new one.  

if this were really sprint, the caller ID wouldn't be unavailable.  didn't answer.  i never answer mr. unavailable or
mr unknown.  did block.  blockers are the best thing since sliced bread.  invest in one.  and suggest to your
elected officials that carriers allow unlimited numbers of blocks
