Last year around this time this guy also called. Today he called 2x back to back. As I hung up with his first call he was calling again. Calls using a relay service for the hearing impaired. Asks for Caterpillar parts. Faxed me a PO that looks much more official than ladt year which was hand written. Search his company online, cannot find him, please beware.

Scam caller.  Nigerian using IP Relay.

Just received same relay call looking for Caterpillar parts. Seemed suspicious to begin with but didn't want to be rude. Looked up fax number on here, thanks for the heads up! Towards end of call could here the other person speaking and it totally sounded Nigerian. He ended call kindly of abruptly when I started asking questions. Totally a scam. Just hang up before you get involved.

A man emailed us from dcdieseltech@yahoo.com stating he needed Caterpillar injectors. Wanted to pay by a credit card with a Winter Park, FL billing address that had a name that did not appear when that address was checked. Red flag came when he wanted the injectors delivered to our location and he would send DHL to pick them up from us. NO GO! NOT selling to this man!

This guy attempted to purchase CAT parts using a stolen credit card, around $6500-We didn't catch it at first but got a call from the owner of the stolen card and due to just being lucky UPS had not made delivery yet and the parts were returned.

ALSO GOT CALL FROM THIS MIKE THRU RELAY. SENT COPY OF CALIF DL AND C/C ALSO SIGNED PO. DO NOT FEEL GOOD ABOUT THIS. THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO. HE ALSO WANTED CAT PARTS AND WOULD HAVE DHL DRIVER P/U

Received a relay call today of someone looking for Cat and Cummins parts.  Gave the operator our email address to send a list of parts needed and said we would try to locate.  When we received the email the phone number was on it and I Googled it and came up with this.  The email came from anthonybridgesa@aol.com also asking for injectors.  He will now be put on our spam watch thanks to all of you.

I got a Relay call (call using an operator for deaf or disabled people) today from a Jason claiming to work for Harper Diesel in Kentucky. I contacted Harper Diesel & they verified that this is a scam/spam. He uses the fax # of 877-543-9194 & 2 AOL email addresses - harperdiesel@aol.com & pwaltertech@aol.com. I have contacted abuse@aol.com & reported his email addresses to AOL & am posting this information here. He was looking for CUmmins Diesel parts. Please be aware. I also emailed him back letting him know that I knew it was a scam/spam.

Does anyone know if any agency in the federal government is working on the cases?

Just received a relay call today of someone looking for Cat and Cummins parts. Told them we did not sell engine parts just trailer parts, they didn't care they want the parts. Gave the operator our email address & fax to send a list of parts needed and said we would try to locate.  When we received the email the phone number was on it and I Googled it and came up with this.  The email came from ammdiesel@aol.com also asking for injectors, plungers, & nozzles.  Just another SCAMMER. We received a fax from a Bill from BBM Truck....address that was given to us was a complete complex address, he gave us no specific suite number.  He would only contact us via email or relay phone call.  Again, it was for miscellaneous Cat parts - injectors, plungers and nozzles.  We are a starter and alternator shop.  He pushed us until we had contacted our vendor who also sells that.  We did procure a credit card number from him but feel very leery about the deal and believe we are going to ignore it.  It's just ridiculous that there are idiots out there doing this.

just got a call from this chump also.  using the same deaf call service.  Used the name anthonybridges@aol.com.  wants me to purchase parts from Catapiller.  What a looser.  Will report him to AOL also.  I wish someone cared about stopping this kind of stuff.  What a shame these loosers can do this with out anything being doen.

Got a relay message from bbmtruck@aol.com to order parts. "bill"  sent an email with p#'s. After telling him we sold trailer parts only he agreed to pay extra if we special ordered. After i asked him where we were shipping to he said over night them to you and fedex would pick up from us? I tried getting a phone# out of him but could not. MEGA SCAM!!

We recieved a call today from the relay service, Mike was asking us to order over 8000K in Caterpiller parts for him. The same information was given to us as many others... fax number 877-543-9194 Mike with email address at AMMDIESEL@AOL.COM. We have notified the Ohio Attorney General and the Columbus Police Dept. The police dept advised us to collect the credit card payment but do not send the product then turn everything over to the police. The Attorney General is opening an investigation. BE AWARE!

Mike is still at it... same M/O - call from relay service requesting Caterpillar and Cummins parts.  He faxed me an order, but I am going to disregard it.  I am always very wary when someone uses a relay service anyway.  All of his contact numbers are the same as reported previously by others.
