@ raul, No I don't , have called me 3 times today?? i called numer back . says it is acme, debt collector??   If they cannot leve mesaages then they don't get to talk to me!!!

these bottom feeders called 3 times so far today. no messages. when you call back it just says machine just says "acme" debt collectors . they called at 11:33 am  & 1:35 & 2:36  pm. and i am sure they are not done for the day.

They have called me three times today however, I am not behind on any bills so what in heavens name would they be collecting?

well.... they called, and keep calling, and once a while called again, or 3 times a day, or sometimes 2 calls everyday for a few days.

How come they never leave any messages or voice mail?

I don't owe any money, I am not rich, but I am debts free, so why they keep calling me?

I figured that if a company is calling me, they might want to sell me something, so I'd really never answer those unsolicited calls, knowing it's a 877# or 800# that's obviously from a company.

Perhaps they are phishing, or spamming, I don't know, but I don't really care. Thanks to caller ID, and I will just keep ignoring them, because, if it's IMPORTANT, they should leave a message. So far, they are just like those occupy people, they refuse to stop. Haha.

Well, at least, what I am doing is keeping someone busy to keep his/her job.

They called 2 times today so far. I havnt called them bacck. Whats weird is, is i have no idea how they got my number. Just wish they would stop calling

It doesn't leave a message because it's an automated calling system, if a machine answers it disconnects, they call my house every day, when I get home there it is on the caller Id and no message on the machine, att has two options but you of course have to pay for them, one is a call block I think you can block 7 numbers with that and than theres privacy manager

I received call from this number 877-545-2474 this after, this is not the first time i have had this number on my caller id, but they never leave a message. so today i answered it, it was an automatic system, from company (bottom feeders) named acme?  it ask for someone and then said if this person did not live here, press #4, which i did, now we will see if they call again.

If you have a android phone get a program from the market called Mr Number. For numbers you choose you can either choose to send straight to voicemail or pick up and hang up on them. What is nice is it will also remove their number from recently called and missed notifications.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number, but was unable to answer it before it stopped ringing.  I called back on my landline.  I reached Martha, at Acme (a collection agency.)  I explained I was trying to determine why they were calling my cell phone.  I gave her the number.  She said they were trying to reach, "A certain person" whose name I will not reveal here.  I assured her that person did not own the number they were calling.  She apologized, and said they'd take my number off their list, but it might take up to 24 hours.  I thanked her for taking care of that for me.  We're done!  :)  (She didn't even ask me to identify myself.)  Now, we'll see if I get more calls from this number in the future.

This number called 4 times already today and several times other days, no message..no return call.  Why cant they just leave a message. I am a working person and can not answer when you call therefore...LEAVE A MESSAGE!

Similar routine for me: male calling to speak to a person I used to know who has never been associated with this number, only this guy leaves a voice mail with the above information. Odd how he has this number mated up with a person who I knew, but has never been associated with this number.

they demanded money, and my bank account number, they were rude, and very demanding, I don't owe money to anyone, they said they will not stop calling until they get paid, very threatening.

threatened to call my employer if I don't give them my social security number and bank account routing number, these are verbally aggressive scammers, be careful, notify your local authorities if they say they will come to your residence.

Thy just called me back to back.. Did not leave a message.  Who are they? I'm assuming they are a debt collector based on all the comments.  I'm not going to answer any of their calls.
