This is a telemarketing company. When challenged, they simply explain that the national do not call list no longer exists. Please file complaints with national and local agencies for this class of violation. Maybe a nice stiff fine will ultimately clean these calls up

Have been getting calls constantly.  Am on "no call list" but it doesn't seem to matter. Please fine this company and stop this harrassment!!!!!

Legitimate Companies Should Properly Identify Themselves On The Caller ID.  The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

harassment calls 24/7 from Avstar Financial. told these clusterfucks to go straight to hell.

I received a call from this number and a nice man said they were a new company selling credit card processing services. I told him my business was small and I was not interested in taking credit cards,. He was very nice and said thank you have a blessed day.

I just received a call from them and they asked if my business takes credit cards.  I told him this is a private residence.

He never said his name and went directly to his speil.

Calls repeatedly--Rude when asked not to call again. Said they were with "App-Star"

Just received a call from a gentleman asking for "William".  I asked for a last name, which he provided, and I advised him (truthfully) that the gentleman he's asking for is not in and is not involved in the day-to-day operations of our business.  He simply said, "OK, thank you," and hung up.

That was way too easy.....

Received call to my DNC listed home phone. Did not identify himself or company. Hung up.

I have been getting this call several times a week, in the morning. The first time I picked up nothing there, then a recording started. Hung up then I tried to call back and got the recording telling me something about a survey and to press a number to stop getting these calls. I didn't, just hung up again. They know not to let the answer machine pick up, letting the phone ring, just enough to wake me up if I was asleep. I am on the DNC list and these calls are really pissing me Off.

Called.  Left no message. Call blocker her we come!

They called and just said DISREGARD the CALL>

Just received a call from 877-553-1136.  A guy stated he was following up on my merchant accounts and wanted to verify my personal information.  When I questioned what company he works for, he hung up.  877-553-1136 is a scammer/spammer number

Called repeatedly from 877-553-1136. I do not answer numbers that I do not know. Its said you are not to swear to these callers, but the last one that called over and over got a hot ear full. Would like to take these guys behind the wood shed, or that dark ally where things are taken care off. My guns are drawn on this subject and I invite them in to my world. Only sad to say (they wont come back from the event!!!!)

Just got off the phone with a complete jacka$$ calling from this number.  Would not identify himself, or his company.
Just wanted to know who he was speaking with.  I told him that I charge $159.95 to receive unsolicited phone calls and that I would need his name, company, PO number and billing address to receive the call.  He was flabbergasted....said "Say what!?"  I repeated my  policy and told him that if I get any additional calls he would owe me another $159.95 plus sales tax.  I told him I use a reputable debt collector.  He got really rude.  I hung up and called the number back, got a taped interactive message saying that they would take me off the list.  

This guy was awful.....from now on, I will just tell them to EF off, and hang up.

He said he got my number from "Google"......their taped message said they received names from D&B.
I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.

I get calls all the time from this number.  I actually pick up leave them to say Hello, hello hello....as I am laughing in the back ground.

Third time calling today!! I told him when i picked up to quit calling all day.  Then he tried to be rude I cut him off saying you called all day the answer remains the same.  Quit calling!! He started saying this is computer generated calls he didnt call the other times. I cut him off again and told him Quit calling and take us off your list!!! He was still talking when i went to hang up. LOL talk to the dial tone because I dont want to hear it!

They call (UNKNOWN on CID) I answer and immediately hang up - they call beack within 30 seconds. I answer and hang up. They call back, I answer and hang up. They waste my time, I will waste theirs.
