    Its a call from Mortgage Outreach, working on behalf of PMI Mortgage Services - They are the folks working with my servicer to process my Loan Modification. Its an automated message asking me to give them a call on the status of the file.

    does anyone know if this is real bussiness (PMI service)? the reason i ask was because the name of business, mortgage outreach doesn't match what i search on google.com the logo is different from the letter that i receive from them as well as mailing address and telephone number. it's look very fisky.  anyone know let me know so i can move forward to provide them my infor for aiding my modification program.

    They are a real company.  They do not own your loan, but they are an authorized debt collector/servicer who is licensed to modify mortgages and receive payments on behalf of the owner of your mortgage.  

    They have several business names, but Mortgage Outreach is owned by NuView Financial in Irvine, CA.
