Yes I have received a call from this number and I called it several times and everytime I get a different person on the phone. I asked where they was located and that stated that they have "millions" of locations across the country.. how crazy it that? They also stated that someone was on their way to give me court papers. lol.....When I told them that I worked for my local police department, they hung up. Its a scam!!!!!

This number called me and said that they have court papers to give me I can resolved the problem out of court. If they took it to court I would have to pay over 2000$$. Out of court would be 400.I don't know what to do

Yes I got several calls from these jerks. They call constantly to my place of employment telling anyone they can get on the phone that they are coming to our office to serve me papers and arrest me for fraud. They have been called several times to not call the job anymore and they continue to call. These dumb fu*c even spoke to the building manager and director telling them that I was going to be served and arrested at the job. They are impersonating state officials and leaving messages about being from the States Attorney Office, then I get a call from Katie Jones saying that she is from the Summons Division or something of that nature...Then they leave messages to call Jonathan Graham who is with Continental Legal Group. So far I have contacted the BBB, The Az state Attorney Office, and also found that Rueban Vazquez, is the founding Partner

They really are idiots for if they did their research they would know that I am part of a Legal team and we are now investigating them and preparing a case for persecuting these fools to the fullest extent of the law. We can ban together if you are willing to start a class action suit against the persons calling making fraudulent claims and names, the company and any of it's managing partners. Just got a voice mail saying he was looking for me and stated my age.  Never heard that one before.  He called from 864-481-1275 which looks to be a cell phone when I looked it up.  I never answer #'s I don't know.  And a word of advice for those that do the same thing, just because it has your area code doesn't mean it is the actual # they are calling from.  It's called spoofing.  I look at it like this, if you really have something on me, send it in writing by us mail or go ahead and sue me.  Just quit calling.

Yes, they are fraudsters, and their tactics are a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  They are not attorneys -- no attorney would call and make these claims - I am in Colorado and the guy who called me said his name was Daryl Watson from Eastern Star Solutions.  I believe it is an offshore company who was sold bad paper and hires unscrupulous collectors here in the US.  I would love to help - since it's crossed state lines, this is a matter for the US attorneys office.  Reply if you are still going forward -- I am also interested in stopping these folks.  We can also go to other US authorities, but they are backlogged with complaints about these companies who buy bad paper and use illegal tactics to collect on them.  I need an address for reporting but do not have one.

I got a call from 877-560-7975 from a Mr. William Collington from litigation(no name of company) stated I have many allegation against me and I have only a one time offer to settle or they will proceed with these allegations. Really? I feel sorry for anyone that falls for such a scam.

Continue getting calles from Mr. Terrance Osborne -- same as all these posts.  The calls, the threats.  Threatening to "file" papers against me -- will be served at work and arrested.  The company name given is Eastern Star Solutions LLC -- I Googled and see they are in NY. I emailed NY Consumer Priotection and filed a US complaint with US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  These are total con people.

These fools just called me , talking about lawsuit for fraud on an old credit card back in 2008. I work collections 25 yrs and told them stats of limitations he's collect old paper and cannot sue after 7 yrs. then I hung up and thought about it and called them back asking for physical address, a man answer and couldn't give address because he said he was new and everyone one went to lunch. I told him I find it funny I don't know any company that all goes out to lunch at same time. 5 minutes later he calls back with supervisor  was very  unprofessional . wouldn't give physical address ask me to get a lawyer or call sheriffs. I told him my cousin is District attornery and I have three cousins who are Sheriffs and last person from another company that called me claiming to be a lawyer. turns up the number was from landline and office was warehouse and they got closed down.I told him he was a fraud and hungup and told him I'm calling my cousin now to shut you down. thats why you won't give address so I cannot send Sheriffs over there.

Absolute scam!!! I've contacted the FTC and the said a Debt Collector would never threaten you with an arrest and there would never be a warrant out for a civil case. The problem is they keep hassassing my entire family with calls
