This is Best Buy. They call my cell once or twice a day.

Calls my cell several times a day.

recording : Please hold the line for the next available City Card ,,,, bla bla bla ,,,

Have received many calls. I called BB and I have no outstanding balance. Seems to be a scammer

I received a call from this number claiming that I was late on my best buy card.  When I told them the date and amount I made the payment, they hung up on me.  Really fishy.

They call me several times a day and several times in the week, I never awnser ....they never left a voice message until yesterday, the voice message have a different number and said that is not a sales call.

Best Buy's credit cards are now being serviced by CitiBank, instead of HSBC. They are calling to make sure customers have registered with the new online system to make payments and verify contact info. I have gotten 2 or 3 emails about the switch, as well, but haven't had time to sign up on the new website yet.

When is Best Buy going to do something to block or arrest this scammer??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from this number today, they said they were from Best Buy and my payment was late.  Funny thing is it was paid off in April and the account closed.  The lady even offered to take my payment over the phone for "better convenience"

Really good people they keep calling my 10 year old daughter.......  

Citibank just bought out Best Buy credit card from Capital one causes some confusion when you dont have a citibank card.

so wtf does that mean, they can call your phone without your consent at 7, 8 ,9 o'clock in the morning 7 days a week looking for some person you don not even know, disturbing my babies waking them up from there sleep, and asking who you are after you tell them they have the wrong number, this is called harrassment in the state of NJ ma'am. If they want to advise there customers there is this thing called corrospondence. It been around for a long time. Geez luize since you think its ok for them to do what they are doing, you should give me your phone number and next time in about 3 hours from this post when they call asking for the same guy that I told them this is not his number, I'll just tell them to call  you.

Calls through the day and night non stop

This was a hang up call. I work from home, so these get really annoying. I'm already on the national do not call registry. I asked to be removed from their calling list, and she told me they will NOT stop calling. What's the point of calling if you're just going to hang up?

I just got a call from this number today saying I have a past due balance and that I need to set up a payment, I told them that I don't do the payments, my mother does and then the lady was very rude and said well I can't do anything about it because the card is in your name and your social so I said I don't have time to deal with this because I am at work.

The Do Not Call registry is only for sales calls and general telemarketing. From what other comments have said, this is not a sales call. But if you asked them so stop calling, they must do so or you can file a complaint and they could be fined. All companies like Citi have internal "do not call" lists to which you can be added if you request. And if they are calling you claiming that you are late on a payment, you have the right to request they cease calling and correspond in writing only.

I get several phone calls from this number a day. I don't even have a best buy card. Sketchy!

 This is Citi card.. I've fallen two months behind on my citi card . Several of my main accounts I service have not paid me and put me behind. They are relentless in their collections. That's business. I'm using their credit card and I signed an agreement to pay them each month. I have not honored that agreement, so they call to collect their money !

Left message on work voicemail.  Actually they chewed what sounded like potato chips on my WORK voicemail for 3 minutes.  I could hear background voices but couldn't distinguish what was being said.
