IF they were really looking to send a summons, you would not be warned AND they would know exactly where you are.  There have been many similar calls from other numbers.

Voice mails mean nothing!

They said they were looking for my daughter and they had a legal right to check all her references.

Same "location" company that has called from 3 diff numbers. Looking for someone whose name is indiscernible. They never say the name of their company. Smells like a scam

They keep leaving messages on my husbands phone (most recently just last night) looking for an ex-wife he divorced 15 years ago.  He didn't even have his current cell phone number at that time so how are they even getting his number?  Also, his ex has been remarried for several years and obviously has a different last name. If they are so good at collecting information, Wouldn't they know this?  I think this same company or another did this very same thing several months ago and he did tell them he doesn't have a clue about here whereabouts and that they needed to remove his number from their records.  Companies like this really bug me. I'm going to call them back and if I can find out what company this is I plan to report them.

Ugh...They've been calling me from this number and from 877-595-4011. They also called me sister who lives out of state.
They told me it was "BRG" and that I borrowed money from an online cash advance site in 2011 and haven't paid it back.

She also mentioned the name Westgate Group. I told her I would like to see the contract I "signed" etc...she hung up! lol

Called and said I had an old payday loan that I got online, first I've never done a payday loan ,then I asked to see the contract or any paperwork documenting it. She said they didn't have to show it to me. Then said they were on their way to the courthouse now to file a warrant for me, it was on a Saturday, I asked which court house they were going to and then I would gladly meet them there and she hung up. Scam

Me too!!! Don't they have a statue of limitations or something? I asked for the paperwork and she said the only thing they can send me is a pymt agreement or paid in full receipt. I was not giving my bank acct info and thank goodness I no longer bank where she said. She called my mom out of state and I don't know who all else she'll call but she hung up on me.
