- Rocky RiotAT&T "Smart Limits". I just blocked the number. It seems they're calling to collect on a hospital bill that the hospital was supposed to be disputing with my Insurance, as I was fully covered at the time and paid my co-pay at the desk upon arrival. Interestingly enough, the bills from the Hospital are for an amount that significantly differs from the amount this agency is claiiming to be owed. Any AT&T customers, l highly recommend adding their "Smart Limits" pacakge to your account, to block nuisance callers like this.
