I received a disturbing voicemail from (what I think) is an Indian lady with a British accent calling about serving me a civil suit... What happened to your call? Was it a scam? Please let me know, thanks!

Ray, I got basically the same voicemail but they were talking about my brother... heard they even called my parents about the same thing.. definitely some kind of scam...

oh, this was the number she said to call back. the number she had called from was 757-227-4416

I had a voicemail at work stating "This message if for the owner of a 2009 Kia Spectra, license plate ending in ---" WTF?? Who are these people? And where do they get off leaving my info on a public phone line?? They said they were with Tarrant County Couriers. Then they left another message stating they were from E Plus Couriers, and that they had legal papers to serve me.

Got the same call SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got two messages advising me to call this number back.  The lady's name in both messages is Tracy Lavern, but the first call came from an IL number and the second call came from a WI number.  The first time she stated she was from A1 courier services and the second call she said IL county courier services.  I'm thinking they bluff the caller ID when they are calling people and I couldN'T find either one of those names when doing a search for the business.  She told me to be home so she could bring me some legal papers no later than 6pm...um yeah ok, I will park it right on my couch and wait for you..NOT. This is a scam and they are full of it, they will just keep going to my voicemail...I'm anxious to see what the third message will be like and what number she will call from...You would think if they are trying to sound legit they would remember to use the same company name and phone number on the caller ID...Nice try Tracy you ain't fooling me.

I have been getting called saying that i should be home they have leagle papers to serve me, and they even said that i have a court date, and a case number.  The first time they called I called the court house, they had no record of this.  Now just today they called my parents house and got my mom all worked up.  If this was leagle they would just show up to your house or place of work and service you papers.  No one ever gets called when leagle papers are being served.

Got a message from these people as well.  The woman stated that they would be serving me legal papers, that I was being sued.  She also said she had my name, social security number and they even stated what type of car I drive.  I have had two messages from these scammers.

I got same call be home this day and time: and gave me a case number they said they were brown and associates. THIS IS A SCAM.  PRAISE GOD I LOOKED UP THIS INFORMATION. B CAREFUL PEOPLE THERE SOME CRAZY UGLY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. BE BLESSED
