Faxed sales message from unidentified sender offering vacations at an impossibly low price --- $99 per person for 3 days, 2 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Las Vegas, or Honolulu  AIR INCLUDED.  A call to the "to be removed" number  1-866-346-7422 was answered with a recorded message.
The connection terminated before I could even get my fax number entered.

I received the same fax. Be careful using the removal number. Basically the number you give them to "remove" will be on another list. You will get more faxes from other sources. It's a catch 22 here, don't give your number to remove and you'll keep getting faxes, give them your number to remove and some other company winds up with your number and you start getting faxes from drug, financial, etc. type companies. You then start the snowball of calling to be removed from several sources and it quickly become a pyramid.

I received this as well and it is boca beach travel, but there is no company by that name that I could find.  I did get the agent to tell me that they use Discovery Cruise line.  I am faxing all of the junk back to them today!  305-477-2867

Junk faxes are illegal. If you've got the patience you can sue these bums for $500/incident: http://www.junkbusters.com/fax.html

Don't do business with them.  It's a big scam.  I myself lost close to $1,000 and I didn't get my trip, I didn't get my money back and I didn't get an apology.  It is all timeshare stuff, but they don't tell you that in the beginning.

Have been getting faxes from this number for almost a year. I have repeatedly called the number for removal and each time I have called (after the first time) it has said that my number has already been removed from the system. If you look the fax removal number up on this website, you will see some more stories.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - NO ADDRESS, NO CORPORATION FILING. ARE THEY CROOKS - MAYBE, MAYBE NOT? THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMATION AND IF YOU PERSIST - THEY HANG UP.
    VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE.

I got a fax from these folks, and called the number. I was transferred to a lady named Leah.  I asked the name of the company and she let it slip, "Boca Beach Travel."  In California, travel sellers have to be registered with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. Boca Beach Travel is not.  I called the AG's office and forwarded them the information.

I now call and tell them that for every junk fax I get, I will call 10 times and this is number __. Can you imagine if everyone did that?

Reporting every fax to the FCC is very important, too, though I wonder how effective it will be. Most federal agencies are understaffed...

So I called to see if this was true. 18775732051.  Before I called them my friend told me to ask and see what the name of the company is and if they are a part of the Better Business Bureau.  When I asked the question, they put me on hold and then hung up on me.  This is a scam!!!!!

Call their number and the "remove number" from a payphone. IT COST THEM 50 cents for each call. Payphone owners get money for each toll free call made from their phone.  While your there, call several times!!!!!!
