I get calls from them all the time as well.  I can say that Westgate Vacations IS a legitimate business.  I got a great rate on a hotel resort room in Vegas thru them.  It was a hassle, but worth a $59/night room on the strip.  However, you can't use their service more than one time a year, yet they keep calling me even though I just took advantage of their offer this past April.  I finally went through their phone process to be removed from their call list.  We'll see how long that lasts.  Good Luck.

Constant calls.I have caller ID and usually do not pick up.

I got a call from this number at about5:20 pm today. they called at about 7:42 and called 4 more times in a row. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number and because it is an 877 number.  Now that I know what it is I will be sure not to answer.

I received the call at 8:03 PM Monday, December 3, 2007 from Westgate Resorts (though the caller ID didn't give the name, that's who I got when I called back)

I reported them through the complaint form at http://www.donotcall.gov.  Apparently there's a problem with the link on this site, or I would have reported the call Monday.

If you work for the provisioning provider for this company, you can save us all a lot of time and aggravation by simply shutting them down for violating federal law, and therefore, violating your terms of service.

Over the past month I have recieved numerious calls from this number to my cell phone. I just recently discoverd a way to slow down and many cases stop these calls.  I did this by placing an SIT tone at the beginning of my voice mail message.  The SIT (Special Information Tone) tone is the short "doo-doo-doo" sound you hear when you dial a disconnected number. Telemarketers Predictive Dialer's are programmed to hang up if it hears a SIT tone, since it knows the line is disconnected and is removed from there database so they won't wast time calling a disconnected number.

After placing this tone on my vm message all of the telemarketing calls have stopped

l have received several calls from this number.  The person does not leave a message.

It went from one or two calls a week to at least a couple call a day. Why do they keep calling the same people? They have to know that after being annoyed for so long, there's no change of anyone buying anything from them. Don't pick up, though. If they're long distance you'll get charged.

This number has called me almost everyday. Different people from this number have offered me a vacation package. I demanded that they would put me on their DO NOT CALL list, but I still receive calls.

they keep calling my cel -- didn't recognize the # so just didn't answer.  they've called 3 times today.  I am on the do not call list.  how do you turn these jokers off???

They called  me today and no one on the other end. I am on a do not call list, must not be working.

They said they was with "Westgate Properties" and was offering "help" on scheduling my next vacation.  Right, sure.

I recieved a call from this number the other day on my cell phone.  The person that called started the conversation like they knew who I was.  I told them they are calling my cell phone, I do not want them calling my cell phone and using my minutes and to remove me from their list.  I then reported them to the Do Not Call List.  For the list to be effective the consumer has to report the abuse.  If enough complaints are given about a certain number or company they are fined thousands of dollars.

This does not apply to companies you have done business with over the past few years.

They called advising that I had won a free trip to Las Veags/Florida. Then went on to say that they had bad news, they ONLY have Florida available. I have to give them my credit card to secure the trip, I am frustrated as I am on the National DO NOT call list! Where did they get my number from?

I am also on the do not call list and I am getting several calls about vacation places and resorts. Obviously, if I wanted (or could afford) to go on a vacation, I would call them, they have no business calling me. This is flat out harrassment and is supposed to be illegal. It is really starting to piss me off!
