    Called again! I answered. It's AT&T's Automated Customer Feedback Survey system. I had called them yesterday to complain about a service i didn't get that was requested 2 months ago.

    Called twice in the same evening. Both times voice mail answered but the caller does not leave a message.

    I have to say these folks are persistent. They have called me repeatedly,
    sometimes 2x a day. I am registered with the national "do not call registry". Is'nt there some way to report them. In any event they are wasting their time with me. They can call until they are blue in the face.
    With caller ID, I never answer their call.

    Its AT&T making sure you got good service with them. Its a couple of questions and it takes 2 minutes. They only way large companies get better is by hearing your input on how they performed.

    It is AT&T, they did call and did leave a message on our machine letting us know who was calling and why they called. By the way, If I had talked to them I would have given their service folks top ratings, they were refreshing to deal with!

    Rec'd 4 calls today from AT&T...no message left.  Maybe it was because I complained that I had to spend 10 HOURS, LET ME REPEAT, 10 HOURS over a 3-day period on the phone with them trying to get my internet service restored.  I spoke to at least 15 different AT&T techs and customer service reps.  What a bunch of worthless people, with the exception of about 3 who actually spoke English and knew how to troubleshoot without lying and making up excuses.  (There's an outage, there's not an outage, there is an outage affecting 250 people in your specific area code, there is not an outage, there was an outage but it is cleared up, there was no outage, there was an outage, there is an outage that will be fixed by 9 AM the next morning, no, there was no outage,  yes, there was, but it is fixed.) I should send them a bill for my time, plus a hefty PITA fee added on.

    What a mistake--telling AT&T that you will complete a survey after they provide service and then they robocall you with dead-air calls.  Don't do it--they couldn't possible be taking the survey results into consideration or the service would be improved already.

    Well I got a call today 12/01/2009 at 3:01pm from this number and I don't believe that AT&T deserves a feedback because, they has been trying to send someone's (that do not live here) order and mail to my address. I already told them that I don't answer unknown calls.
