I returned call to 877.596.4777.  They answered as "PRS".  When asked, they further explained Professional Recovery Service.  They were looking for a prior tenant who left without paying rent.

Yes i received a call from this person too, she was looking for HILDA LOPEZ, when i told her that i don't know that person she hung up on me, When i called her back she hung of on me again. Probably she was looking for her tenant.

just a hang up. rude

These people call me a 2-3 times a month to try to collect on a debt that has been paid in full a year ago.  I'm thinking about reporting this to the District Attorney - anyone have any insight about that?  When I ask to speak to a manager, they hang up on me.  The one time I did speak to someone who said he was a manager, his excuse was they were "Just trying to make a living."

They show up as a caller ID 714 384 9627 but leave thier 877 number not sure who they are if they dont say who they are or whom they are looking for Iam not calling back.  Most companies that have a tool free number will get your number and then they can call you anytime. I think they are a scam

They use a  local Area code phone number, and leave the 877 number as the call back number..I have no idea how they got my number, and I couldn't understand who they were looking for.But I was not me !! Cost me $1.10 to hear message on my pay as you go phone.
