Called the # back. It seems to be an automated call from Express Scripts.  I waited until I got an employee on the phone, then hung up. Now we are even.

Write them a letter and send it via certified or return receipt mail and inform of them of that and tell them to stop calling you or you will report them to the FTC & FCC. Keep a copy of the letter also.   This is generally the best way to deal with company's that are legit and keep calling after being told not to.

Script doctor I could not agree more with this, their calling is becoming to harassment and their letter is threats that if you do not go with them then the prescriptions will not be paid from insurance. This is ridiculous, just leave us alone and give us choice, if we would like to go to local pharmacy for or urgent medication give us this choice. They are like Drug Mafia that forcing you to go their way or else.... they break your valid

They keep calling me to switch to having my prescription mailed..... When I already did that 2 weeks ago. I also called earlier today to see why they called, said nothing is wrong and that they were sorry for the call... And then they called again a few hours later....

    Stop Calling!
Every time I fill my prescription, I get multiple auto calls from Express Scripts for the following two weeks. So annoying! Will never use their service.

The recorded message tells me I could be saving more money through them. Since my current prescription is free, they are going to pay me money?

    Very annoying!!

They call, and call and call and call.  They left a message that sounded like spam - annoying an repeated tones and a message about a prescription.  I ignored it, but they keep calling.  I blocked their number and somehow they ended up getting through anyway.  I re-blocked them.

I agree with you. I work and I don't want my prescription in my mailbox all day. Plus what if the postal service loses it or there's a delay. I want my prescription in my hands especially since prescription drugs are getting into the wrong hands.

Express Scripts automated call, insinuating my company requires I switch my recent retail prescription over Express Scripts.

Which is ironic, because the reason I filled it via retail was because after 3 weeks of chasing Express Scripts (literally spoke to someone on the phone every other day for 3 weeks to try to get multiple holdups cleared up) to deliver the medication ordered by my physician, I couldn't wait any longer and HAD TO go to the retail pharmacy or do without my meds.

Again, this is express scripts, the administrator for your health plan calling on behalf of your health plan for [MY NAME]. Per your plan, you need to contact us to choose a pharmacy.
