says name is ashley jefferson independent processor from Parish County Circuit and will be serving legal papers on the following day between 3 and 5 p.m. at my home--if not there will come to my place of employment to serve. if unable to get my signature then will consider a refusal to sign and this will go to court without me? leaves # 877-613-1836 to call if have any questions

She called me yesterday saying the exact same thing except her name was Katie Hightowerand she was from Hancock County Circuit. I googled the phone number and it belongs to an online company that sells scrubs. It's their custimer service line.

got a call about being served so i called and they were really nice and helped me out and i also cleared a debt that i forgot about through them i got paid in full documents and everything not a scam great people

tried calling in on the weekend but no answer. got ahold of someone this morning and they helped me out with some things. NOT a scam. they gave me their private phone numbers to contact them in the future with any questions. very understanding too.

They have been calling me as well several calls a day and then call me from private number  i called court house today gave them the numbers of it all and they had nothing they said its a scam and not to give them any information the lady told me that they dont call you to tell you about a summons. then the guy stated swearing at me and go all pissed when i told him that this was a scam

I have received several calls from a company that they said is called " High Point Medeiations" and that they have a summons for me and i know i have debt to pay from a payday loan center, they gave me a case number i called the court house here in town and gave them the case number these people gave me put in all my information and noting came up they informed me that if that was happening that they would know and it would come up in there systems i talked to three diffirent people at the court house ant they couldnt find it  then i decided to google this number 1-877-613-1836 and i seen more people say  the same thing has happend to them.

Did they show up at your home? did anything happen?

No one showed up in connection with this call.  You can safely ignore calls from these criminals.
