1-877-620-4922 Elite Services from Florida. Calls me daily. They will not give you any info about themselves, address for instance, but they ask for your credit card number.  They "claim" to be helping you lower your debt.  Don't be fooled.  Anyone who wants your credit card number, but won't share who they are completely, wants to steal from you.  They bother me daily by phoning with their computer message.  Looked them up on line.  Scammers!

They called me too last week and I gave them all of my information and then realized I never got the "call back" from them to see how much they could lower my interest rate. I called my credit card company and canceled it immediately. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION! They are total scammers. The lady who called me said her name was "Carlota Berkely" I should have known just from that name that the whole thing was fishy!!

I'm getting up too 2 or 3 calls per day from a company that wants to lower my interest rate on existing cards.  I have asked for there name and they will not provide me with such.  I have been polite and asked the women too stay on the line and please flag my number NOT to return any calls and please stop calling.  This women said, "Yes, I can do such".   Two days later more calls and this time I ask the women NOT to hang up but surprise she did.  What does a person do to stop these darn calls?

Scammed out of 590.00 by these people they are not allowed or permitted to practice in the State of New York at all.  And therefore should not even be calling us.  They are a total fraud and scam artists.  I talked to April Houston, Jeremiah and AMANDA ????? the latter being a SUPERVISOR.  A bunch of phonies do not even take their calls.  I filed formal formal complaints with the NYS Attorney Generals Office, Floridas AG Office Federal trade commision.  Tjhey are nothing but a total FRAUD recently talked to MATT a "customer service rep"  and he advises that they got scammed by ready for this ""SAFE STRATEGIES CREDIT CARD PROCESSING CENTER"  who took their money and never paid them at all.  What a bunch of B.S..  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE NO GOOD AT ALL AND THEY ARE USELESS FOIUND OUT THAT WHAT THEY DID I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF AND WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO WOULD HAVE HAD A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON MY CREDIT RATING.

I was contacted by Elite Services who promised  to reduce my credit card fees to 0 %  for $990 at the back end. Since then I was able to research them and find many complaints. While I have nothing in writing , I did give verbal consent but was able to catch up with the credit card to which they were to charge the $990 and have it closed. They claim I am legally bound but I am in the midst of trying to cancel. They gave no time for review of the outcome but asked for participation in a survey of their initial encounter. It sounded helpful but the "proof is in the pudding " When questioned they pressure with  their "legal "rep.  NO opportunity to change your mind even within 24 hours.

These people called my mother about getting 0% intrest for her credit cards.  They seemed to know her credit rating and several of her cards.  They got her to give them all of her and my fathers personal information, credit card numbers, even the answers to security questions ( which they would not have needed to know).   They also charged one of her cards $790.  I am very scared for her.  We are in the process of cancelling all her cards and have reported this company, who calls themselves Green Savers, as Fraud.  If you have given this company any information I urge you to call the Federal Trade Commision 877-438-4338 and listen to their message on how to protect yourself from furthur damage by this company.

Did you get a call from 877-620-4922? They called me saying they were “Card Services.” She said she could call the Member services # on the back of my card & negotiate a lower interest rate. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION! They are total scammers. The lady who called me said her name was "Danielle Morris." She wanted my credit card number(s) and then she said I could hear them on the phone with the card company to learn my new rate. I would not give her any information. That’s when I hung up called my hubby and we researched to find out it was a big SCAM! Beware..
When I checked my phone it came from 914-224-2017

They have repeatedly called us, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.  Finally, talked with them and the guaranteed they could lower our interest rate.  They wanted a credit card number they could charge at "the back end" when our bill was paid off.  I asked them what that fee would be and they would not tell me until we were done.  Done?  Yep, they wanted the credit card number first.  I did not do it!!

Card Services is not a legit company.  I faked my way into a full blown conversation to and was able to gain some information.  The woman I spoke to was Deah.  She gave me a false web address (www.greensavers.com), but she gave me a legitimate phone number.

Turn the tides on these idiots and blow up their phone.  When the secretary picks up ask "is this card member services?", then ask to speak to Deah.  The number is:  1-877-620-4922

They are also know as "Green Savers", and "Elite Services", and they're out of Orlando, FL.

    Blow up their phone!!

It's toll free for you, but they have to pay!!!

I too got a call from Green Savers. They said they could lower my interest rate for free. During the last step of the process, they said there would be a $700 charge to my account. I told them that this was supposed to be a free service. Greensavers said it would save me more than $700 providing I only paid the minimum payment every month. I told them I always paid extra and did not want their service. They said they would delete all of my info. I immediately called my credit card companies and got a new account number and new card. This is the best thing to do in case they try to use your account info. The number they called me on was 201-267-5646. It was like a telemarketing call and then I had to press 9 to speak to a representative. If they call you HANG UP.

This company scammed me, too.  They started by telling me they were from Card Services and press 1 for information on how to lower the interest payments on my credit card.  The call came from a Florida number, 407-454-6490, but I was told to call 877-620-4922.  They charged me over $1700 to call my credit card and lower my interest rate--something the card companies will do for free.  These people are scam artists.  Just hang up the phone and call the FTC and report them, call the better business bureau and just keep the talk going on these sites.  You may not stop them, but if more people are aware, fewer will fall for their schemes.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.  I did and they credited my account immediately, and today they notified me that the credit was permenent since they could not confirm after speaking with first Greensavers and then CP Media (who bills for them) that they were a legitimate company  Then, file an FTC and then a Better Business Buereau complaint.  The FTC is still investigating, BBB sent me an e-mail that this company's rating is an F, and that they have several fraud complaints lodged against them.   Also, make sure to close the account that they took the money from.  That is also key so they cannot charge you again.  Also, if they "surf" money onto another card, close that account, as well as any card they open in your name.  I was lucky and caught it in time to have all of the charges reversed, but this could have been a real mess.  Good luck.

The also raided several other robocall companies and froze their assets.  It is estimated that over $30 million was taken from @30,000 customers. If you have been scammed by Greensavers, contact the FTC and let them know.  Give them as much detail on the call as possible.    I was lucky; my credit card company credited me.
