I was called also and they are Not a Doctors office. They do medical and regular account processing for the attorneys. I did not follow up with them because I thought that it was just another scam company, but then I got a letter from an lawyer and had to pay $500.00 extra in attorney fees to the lawyer for the work that they did. They were about to get a judgment on me and then garnish my paycheck. All this crap for a $450.00 loan that I took out 2 years ago. I don't see anything on the web site that says that they are a physicians office. What website are you looking at???? They just handle accounts for doctors and other stuff like loans, car payments, etc . i guess.

I myself did a lot of research as I said on the company myself, so I just reposted what I wrote on the different places for comments for the company phone number that I came across just like you. I happen to have a decent job and did get some education and care about my credit and job so I thought that others who care would want to know what I did and what I thought. Is Everyone suppose to be illiterate and uneducated?

If you were smart, you would have seen the BBB info on the company and saw that it is a real company. I also checked with them before I did what I did. "SHILL"????? My messages were for the people Who Care about their credit and avoiding any problems from things that I should have taken care of awhile ago. While you are Busy calling me a Liar, a Lawyer somewhere is probably doing a judgment on you messing up your credit if it is'int Already !!!!!! I think that someone said that they called from 2 different numbers so I commented. We have 3 different numbers at my job (a toll free and 2 different local numbers) I don't think that where I work is a SCAM company because I been there for 9 Years and I get a Paycheck every 2 weeks. physicianasset is not accredited with the BBB, has two complaints filed against it for not providing proof (the law say's 3rd party debt collectors *shall* provide :

Another complaint of improper billing found that stated in 2010 the Dr improperly billed insurance, and instead of re billing the insurance with updated info, in 2011 this outfit comes along trying to collect.   Well, it would appear that perhaps the complaints filed here are in fact legitimate..

There is no lawyers name on the website that I see because it says that (It is not a law firm) what site are you looking at? Again, I was not posting on here to "Correct" any spellings of things that others posted. You must be a lawyer with all of your great knowledge. "I did state that the lawyer sent me a letter demanding payment by a certain date or a judgment may be entered". Again, I have been called by many companys in the past that I found really were not legal and did not exist. I was not happy about what I went through and yes, could have paid and went on in life without posting anything on here that it is a real company. But, when I saw that someone thought that it was not, I thought that I wd say what I knew. I did not know that it wd turn into all of this drama.
