It's Prime Therapeutics. They're a specialty pharmacy and they're probably calling to arrange your next delivery.

Deb at UPS. Check this number.

Check this number. I was asked if I was the guardian of someone that I didn't know. It may be fake. I received this on my work phone. I have heard that thee are numbers calling cell phones and once you answer, malicious identity software is deposited on your Smartphone. I am suspicious because there is no definitive answer to this 877 627  6337 phone number.

I just received a call from this number, and I didn't recognize the name of the entity, so I looked it up online.  It really is a specialty pharmacy (I did just get a new prescription.)  I am covered by Blue Cross/Blue Sheil of Minnesota, and I actually was able to locate both the name and the number on their website.  Here's the link I found:  https://www.bluecrossmn.com/Page/mn/en_US/specialty-pharmacy-program

Hey! Answer this phone call! They are just trying to coordinate a prescription with you. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and they just wanted to verify that I would allow them to send my prescription to the doctor instead of a pharmacy.

    Not a scam.

I don't like when companies outsource their call centers. If this caller id would have said "Specialty RX" I would have picked up right away. Instead it says something generic and I have to go look it up on the internet. And now I don't have my critical medicine and will probably die from it all because BCBS uses an outsourced mail order pharmacy.

Just received a call from them and the woman says that my insurance is changing and she wants to get a jump start on continuing my coverage with the specialty pharmacy.  Only problem, I don't use one. So, if you can't call and tell me what your service offers instead of making it sound like I have to hurry and get signed up, etc. You're company isn't to be trusted. Just my opinion.

If you're going to die without your critical medication, maybe you shouldn't get it from a mail-order pharmacy........??

These people call and leave a message "about my order", but I didn't order anything from Prime Specialty.  I call them back and they ask for private information, some of which I give to operator 1, and then am passed to operator 2, who asks for the same information except wants more.  She won't tell me what I ordered, and says I was referred by a doctor, but refuses to tell me the name of the doctor.  I hung up. Horrible!

In case anyone comes across this, putting malware on a phone via a call was impossible in 2013 and is even less possible in 2016.

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they are responsible for making sure your prescriptions are covered no matter what pharmacy you go to.

Why did you look the number up when you obviously know to whom it belongs?

This number called at 0620 this morning. I answered w/o looking to see who it was. There was a live person who said "Good Morning, um...please hold...(sound of shuffled papers)...um....I think I have dialed the wrong number. I'm sorry. Have a good morning." and hung up.   Checked the ID on the call and it said AllianceRx. Others have said that this is a specialty pharmacy, but they are not MY specialty pharmacy as I already have their number in my system.
