- Deb at UPS. Check this number.| 5 repliesCheck this number. I was asked if I was the guardian of someone that I didn't know. It may be fake. I received this on my work phone. I have heard that thee are numbers calling cell phones and once you answer, malicious identity software is deposited on your Smartphone. I am suspicious because there is no definitive answer to this 877 627 6337 phone number.
- Lindsay replies to Deb at UPS. Check this number.I just received a call from this number, and I didn't recognize the name of the entity, so I looked it up online. It really is a specialty pharmacy (I did just get a new prescription.) I am covered by Blue Cross/Blue Sheil of Minnesota, and I actually was able to locate both the name and the number on their website. Here's the link I found: https://www.bluecrossmn.com/Page/mn/en_US/specialty-pharmacy-program
- LaurenHey! Answer this phone call! They are just trying to coordinate a prescription with you. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and they just wanted to verify that I would allow them to send my prescription to the doctor instead of a pharmacy.
Not a scam.- Caller: Prime Therapeutics

- Decrepid old coger| 1 replyI don't like when companies outsource their call centers. If this caller id would have said "Specialty RX" I would have picked up right away. Instead it says something generic and I have to go look it up on the internet. And now I don't have my critical medicine and will probably die from it all because BCBS uses an outsourced mail order pharmacy.
- Caller: Heck if I know
- SusanJust received a call from them and the woman says that my insurance is changing and she wants to get a jump start on continuing my coverage with the specialty pharmacy. Only problem, I don't use one. So, if you can't call and tell me what your service offers instead of making it sound like I have to hurry and get signed up, etc. You're company isn't to be trusted. Just my opinion.
- Caller: toll free call
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Another patient replies to Decrepid old cogerIf you're going to die without your critical medication, maybe you shouldn't get it from a mail-order pharmacy........??
- NNThese people call and leave a message "about my order", but I didn't order anything from Prime Specialty. I call them back and they ask for private information, some of which I give to operator 1, and then am passed to operator 2, who asks for the same information except wants more. She won't tell me what I ordered, and says I was referred by a doctor, but refuses to tell me the name of the doctor. I hung up. Horrible!

- MelissaI have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they are responsible for making sure your prescriptions are covered no matter what pharmacy you go to.

- Tygerkat replies to CaryWhy did you look the number up when you obviously know to whom it belongs?
- CeeThis number called at 0620 this morning. I answered w/o looking to see who it was. There was a live person who said "Good Morning, um...please hold...(sound of shuffled papers)...um....I think I have dialed the wrong number. I'm sorry. Have a good morning." and hung up. Checked the ID on the call and it said AllianceRx. Others have said that this is a specialty pharmacy, but they are not MY specialty pharmacy as I already have their number in my system.
