I don't know who's calling me!!!

Call and hang up without leaving a message.  Annoying and will never answer for this number

Got a call from this number ... you could hear the telecommunications background, she said she was from Cox Communications and asked for the person (by name) who is on the account.  When I told her that person was not here, could I help her, she asked if I was an authorized user on the account.  I told her yes, I was.  She asked for my name.  I told her that if she had the account she would have that information -- she said she had the account but did not have that information.  I told her to call back and speak to the person whose name she does have.  She said she would.  I am sure it was not really Cox Communications -- will see if they call back.  If they do will report to Cox.

Cox Communications offering to lock in my extremely high rate for the next 2 years. I told them unless they reduce the rate I am not interested. Cox rates have gotten way out of hand. The woman told me she is not in a position to lower rates. Well, then I am not in a position to lock in at such a ridiculous rate. If Cox wants to to lock in, i.e.e I wold be penalized for going elsewhere in that two year term, then they need to offer me a better rate today.
