- KimberlyThree seperate phone calls logged on my ID from this number. Name on ID said "800 Service". Called at 5:56pm, 5:57pm, and 5:58pm.
No idea who this is, or what they wanted. - Jim| 1 replyThis number was left on my voice mail, along with an 8-digit reference number. The first part of the message was cut off. I called the number and got a voice mail recording that said "Thank you for calling CBCS, formerly known as CRS."
- Deborah replies to JimSAME MESSAGE CBCS CALLING MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. I THINK IT A FRAUD TOO.
- PSTI got a call from them today. I didn't answer the call because I don't answer calls listed on my Caller ID as 'private caller' or 'information' or some other bogus ID that's listed because I know it's just someone who will waste my time. They left a message and they are a debt collection service. When I called to speak to them, they said that they were calling for someone who doesn't even live at my residence but he's someone who's given my number to various other services as well. I don't know if this place is going to call me back again or not but if I ever find this person who's been giving out my number, I'm gonna' kick his a**! :)
In any case, after doing some research online about them, it seems that they are scammers. They get people to pay their debt collections and after they tell the person they are paid in full, they continue to call back, harassing them to get more money out of the person. The person I spoke with was nice but that doesn't mean I won't get called from them again.- Caller: CBCS

- Donna LingelCalled claiming to be Xfinity and offering a 30% senior discount on all services and adding new options at no additional cost. Had all my information, name, address, monthly cable/tv costs, etc. Insisted they needed my bank account information to activate the discount. When I didn't give them my bank number, I suggested they bill me and I would pay monthly instead of automatic payment by my bank. They kept referring me to different people, insisting on my bank account information or they would disconnect my cable and internet services. Called Xfinity and they said it wasn't them, they had no senior 30% discount and that wasn't their phone number.
- Caller: Xfinity
