This a caller, using a robo caller and claiming to be making a "legal attempt to contact" someone that worked for my company several years ago for only a few days.  I can only assume that is the prelude to a collection effort.  I called them back and told them they were calling a business number and that the guy in question had worked here several years ago and they claimed they'd take my number out of their dialer.

I have received several of these calls stating it is a legal attempt to contact someone I have never heard of.  I finally called back the number, and asked to be removed from this dialer/call list.  I hope this does it.  

My father received a call from this number stating they were looking to conduct legal service of a claim against my father. However, they didn't seem to have my father 's full name and appeared to be fishing. Be very suspicious and cautious.  This does not feel kosher!!

Claimed they were trying to contact our son about a legal matter. They shouldn't have called our number. Contacted our son and he informed me that he's never heard of them and that he's contacted those he does business with with his latest contact information. He searched the iNET and determined that it's a fishing operation attempting to steal personal sensitive information.

File a complaint with the Secretary of State of South Carolina and FTC  for robo collection calls against this company.  Telehphone number is 864-642-3775 Tomco Services Group telephone is listed as being in Anderson County SC

They called me a couple of weeks ago and it was a robocall, which said they were going to serve me with legal papers at work unless I called them at 877-633-2779.  However, the number on the caller ID said 352-653-1515. I didn't call, and they never did serve me with papers.  They called last week but hung up when it went to voice mail.  They called again today, and the robocall said there was a returned item on my checking account, which is a total lie. They also said they were trying to reach someone that I've never heard of.  Seems like a scam.

Debt collector is a scam operation.  It seems they purchase consumers' information that applied for a payday loan online and pretend to be a legitimate debt collector.  You owe this company nothing and that if they continue to contact you let them know you are aware of their tactics.

Same number as 3526531515 and 8646423775 - Failing to pay a loan is not punishable by arrest. In fact, threatening to have someone arrested for not paying a loan is illegal. These scammers are trying use intimidation to trick their victims into giving them money. I recieved a call from an "unknown" number with this number left on my voicemail,
(888) 594-8320, to call it back. When I did they told me I would be served papers if i didn't pay $1,000 today, and I would be "sorry" if I didn't pay. LOL. I wish these people would find something better to do!!

I received a call today that stated they were calling about a returned check on my account. I haven't had a checking account in about 14 years.
Also all of any of my outstanding past debt is well over 10 years old which is well above the statute of limitations for collecting are suing on my debt in my state. At this point I am in fact receiving pre approved credit card offers. I told the lady she have the wrong number and I put them on my block list.
Everyone should read up on the statue of limitations on debt in their state.
The debt collectors today are so stupid and unprofessional. They try to collect on these old dead obsolete debt and threaten you with legal action or the Sheriff's Office coming to your house which is totally illegal under the Fair Debt collections act.  the people who work for these companies try to you scare tactics and are overly aggressive and usually inarticulate when speaking to them on the phone. I don't waste my time anymore I just tell them you have the wrong number.

I called Tomco today and a lady answered. I said I'm calling to collect on a debt that Tomco owes me. The lady was so confused. I immediately began to ask for her name, social security number, and if she could borrow against her home to give me some money on a 12 year old debt. I could not contain my laughter. I asked her if she had graduated from high school. She was like what? She was recording the call and I believe it was on speaker.  Tomco is located in Niagara Falls where the median income is a measly 24,000 dollars a year. I received a call from 209-623-1313 today. The recording said they were calling about my husband (they used his first name spelling the last) and said they would be attempting to deliver some legal papers to our place of businesuse his name in their schemes between 2 & 4 today. The recording states that if  we have any questions or wish to discuss this to call 877-633-2779. I did a search on the number and it's supposedly a company called medappz and this number is clearly listed on their site, medappz (dot) com
I'm reporting this so that hopefully something can be done about stopping this kind of thing. The reason I'm so upset about it is the fact that my husband died nearly six months ago, and these people have the nerve to try to use his name in this scheme!
