I didn't receive a call but my debit card was charged $30 from 877-641-1046 LOANAPPF... FRAUD!!

NO call but my debit card was charged $30 as well. Who the hello is this?!

I discovered they deducted $30 "Loan Fee" from checking account but I took out no loan and when I called them to try to fix it I got the run around of them trying to get me to log in to a website to get a loan.  Then they tried to sell me another service asking me if someone could call me and I had to tell "Genesis" that I do not want anything from them.  I wanted no money or phone calls.  I changed my mind and borrowed money from my family to get me buy and that they are running a scam.  I doubt I will ever see my $30 again.  I learned a cheap but valuable lesson.

Definitely a scam as I did not try to get a loan with them, my husband did yet when  they asked for  the info as to who applied for the loan they acted like my info was correct yet they shouldn't have had it in the first place.  When I spoke to them she kept trying to get me to talk to some kind of specialist which I informed her  I was not interested in at all.  She kept trying to put me on the line with the specialist anyways until I finally just got ugly with her and told her all I wanted was my money back.  She claims she processed the refund and gave me a confirmation number...we shall see if it goes back in or not.  If not I will go to the bank and dispute it.  I never received a call from them at all...just the debit of 30 on my account.

Got the same runaround...trying to call to see where my email confirmatuion is...going to dispute this transaction today...wish I knew how they got my numbers...beware of these people!!

Call your bank immediately to duspute and report them.

Just had the same thing hit me in winchester, va.  Called my bank and they're investigating.  The best part is my bank recently revoked every debit card in the area and replaced it (it is an auto-billing nightmare) and i have yet to receive my new card.  There is no active debit card on my account yet this $30 "loan fee" was processed as a debit transaction.  Scary how things like this can happen...i'll send an update when i hear back from my bank.

I just called my bank, I'm trying to call these people now and it says "due to technical difficulty customer service is down, try back in two hours" I'm disputing it tomorrow but the bank told me to try and find out who these people are.

sara - I would put that responsibility on your bank and dispute immediately.  I sent my bank a link to this web-site too.

Yes It happened to me too. $30 like I have $30 to just give away. Good thing my brother is a cop and is going to look into this asap.

I have a $30 charge on my checking account and when I call the number it is a recording that they are extremely busy and to leave a message or call back in an hour or two - you can bet I am going to call back until I get this taken care of - I did not authorize a $30 charge from my checking account.

Same here! Checked my statement and it has a $30 loan fee that I did not approve. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to dispute it because I keep getting the stupid recording that everyone else is getting. I'm so pissed!!!

Dang my debit card was charged 30 dollars as well and i do not know who this company is. and when u call all u get is a answering machine about leave a name and number and they will get back to you and never do cause it is fraud.
