USCB Inc, a debt collector,

very rude, refused to provide his name or organization.

I get calls from this number as well answered once, a long time ago telling them there was no way for me to pay it and they were nothing but rude so I refuse to answer their calls. Even their robo caller is dumb...clearly doesnt realize that its talking to another machine when it somehow gets around my call block app's voicemail block feature and manages to leave a voicemail. I think if it detects another machine (voicemail) it should immediatly hang up. For all they know its a wrong number and theyve left info that is illegal to give out to anyone but whomever theyre trying to reach.

And for some reason, these debt collectors dont seem to care if you are unable to pay them due to financial hardship. Thats why I consider people like them bottom feeding scum of the earth. It must take one callously cold person to work for a debt collecting company.

Have they mailed you proof of this supposed debt? Just because they claim you owe it doesn't mean you do. If you speak to them again, demand they mail you a Validation of Debt. This is sent through the USPS ONLY (faxes, emails, and phone calls aren't acceptable) and it must state when you incurred the debt, who you owe the original debt to, and how to proceed if you disagree with the VOD.  If they claim they cannot send this, already sent this, or you will receive the information after you pay them, you know it's a scam. If they are legally able to collect this debt they must prove it.
