Never leaves a message when I reverse look up the number it says no number found

This is harassment.  We don't even have anything in their name yet the call many times each day from different phone numbers each time you block them.  Plus if this is legit they would send you something in the mail.  I wouldn't be surprised if this is the India scan artists.

While it could be, if you do not have any cards with them what makes you think they would send something in the mail?  They might have your number confused with someone else and are in fact sending that person something in the mail.  Were you used as a reference?  Perhaps you have the same name?  Have you tried to do anything to stop the calls?  For instance, have you sent that bank a certified, return receipt cease and desist calling letter?  Have you complained to the federal and state agencies that might help you with this?  Have you consulted and attorney to sue them?

I'm betting Big works for Merrick bank.  Why would I do all that when we have no account with them? And yes ANY real company would send you some kind of letter in the mail.  Oh that's right, they can't because we haven't done business with them.

Perhaps you didn't comprehend what BigA said. He was merely pointing out if you didn't have an account with them, then they couldn't send you anything in the mail...because you said "Plus if this is legit they would send you something in the mail."...right?  How can you determine the legitimacy or not of a call by whether they sent mail to someone they might have dialed a wrong number to?
He also pointed out that there is something you can do about harassing unwanted calls.

Scammers spoof other people's numbers all the time to fool people into picking up the phone so they can scam you, doesn't mean its the actual company or person who the number(s) belong to.
