This company keeps harassing me and I don't like it

Call received

They say there gonna send me a summons I'm being sued, leave me alone

said that i have a pending action against me fake fake fake.

Same number called said they have a summons against me.

NCC recovery. Debt collector.

1) It's a scam. They try to collect on a debt that is no longer collectible by Federal and State law.(4 years).
2) Their address is 2166 West Broadway suite 517 Anaheim CA. (It's a PO Box) I GOOGLE MAPPED IT!!
3) "MICHAEL STONE" is NOT listed in the California BAR in Anaheim. (I called the CA Bar)
4) I complained to the Anaheim Police; they stated " We getting a lot of call's about NCC they said its a scam just ignore them
   They also said anyone can LOOK UP OLD DEBTS ONLINE AND THEN TRY TO COLLECT!!!!
IT'S A SCAM; and also illegal what they are doing.
** call them back; give them your "file number" and tell them the above info they will hang upon you and leave you alone. It may take 2 or 3 calls with the above info but its fun to call back an harass them back!!! Make it fun for yourself

If you recommend these people so highly surely you'll have no qualms about posting the company's real name, address and phone number. No? I didn't think so. That would make it too easy for law enforcement to find them.

Do you work for them?? They've been harassing me at work for a "debt" that has been paid for years.  Now I can only imagine what my employer thinks!

This number keeps calling me, my family - etc. They say a complaint has been filed. From reading all the other comments, everyone says it's a debt collector.  We have no debt. Everything we have is paid for. No loans, nothing. I try to call back but it just rings and rings.

Don't get sucked into the scam, this company has no real address, comes back to a mail box center and all calls are done with a anwsering service.
If you pay any money and think you are paying off anything, you are are not. The guy is a com man and so is the company. He will say that he is going to take you to court, attach your pay check and all types crap.
