This is actually the number Mr. Freeman wants you to call him back on.  He calls from 1-312-224-8486.  Telephone Scam.  He is from a Mitigation Firm called DR Associates and he wants to settle a credit card debit that his company has purchased from a bank.  He'll give you a credit card number and the name of the bank. (I suggest looking up the number yourself and calling that bank and then asking them if they have any credit accounts in your name)  Thats what I did, because I knew I didn't have any credit with the bank that "Mr. Freeman" was so insistant that I did.  He did however have a copy of my credit report and old one but still it has information about me on it.  I put a credit fraud on my credit with all three credit reporting agencies.  I'm trying FBI next then the Federal Trade Commission and then my state Attorney General.  Next will be my phone company for a call trace(trap).
