unwanted call

yeah... its Sprint. They called me every day for a week straight last month until I finally answered and just kept saying "no" over and over until they hung up. That bought me a month of relief, but guess what? I just got another one! Makes me want to quit sprint.

Ditto. Ditto. Ditto. I don't even hanve a land line anymore hoping to evade such calls.

Getting a call from this almost every other day. I have Sprint, so its just their telemarketers trying to sell you more crap.

I used to have their 866 number blocked, but I guess they must have worked around that.

they called right at 4pm on 6/3 and no body spoke after a few seconds so i hung up.

call from877-671-1851   i answered and nobody would say anything on other end.

I used the same caller id technique that Patrick used and got the same answer he did. It is Sprint/ Nextels automated voice system advertising a new promotion. They probably do not know that there is no message recorded for the initiated call that is placed to thier customers.

Just received a call from this number -- didn't recognize it, didn't answer it, they left no message. Sprint has bothered us in the past to buy more of their stuff, I'd rather they spent the people improving their crappy phone service.

calling me saturday 5:45pm. didn't pick up.

I have received a call from 877-671-1851 at 6-12-2008 2.34 pm,         I said "hello", but no reponse.

Got a call just now.  It was Sprint.  The girl who answered was some unprofessional ghetto trash, so I just hung up on her.

It is in fact Sprint calling, it is a marketing call to add lines or service to your exsisting account.  I called back the number, if you can suffer through the bad recording long enough, there is a prompt to remove your number from future calls.

I get a call bi-weekly, always at 1:30pm.  No one answers when I pick up. Last w/end I called the number & the message said they were sprint and they were closed at that time.  So, I called sprint customer service (*2 on my cell)to find out why they keep calling & #1. Don't speak when I p/u.  #2. Don't/Won't leave a message.  #3.  Call repeatedly!!  SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE told me that they are not "sprint", but an affiliate of sprint that may want to offer me a special service/product.  Wha' the ----??!!  So, it's pretty obvious, IF that is the case, SPRINT IS GIVING MY NUMBER to them.  Sprint needs to step up & take care of this annoyance!!

Called me twice at work today...answered but noone answered...getting pissed off...about to toss my phone...does ATT/Verizon do this?

Am I permanantly on the "Do call list" because I "do business with them" by paying my bill each month?

Now we know how they are paying for their great new "Everything Plan"

Got the call at 5:36 pm PDT. No voicemail left. I called the number. It was Sprint (I am a Sprint customer) promoting "add a line": if interested, press 5; if not interested, press 6. Needless to say, I pressed 6, and I hope -- but do not expect -- that this is the end of it.

Received the same call. Called it back and listened to the voice message and it gave me the options get a new line of service press "5" if you are not interested in any new services press "6". Guess what I pressed 6 now lets see if they stop calling.

Just got ring now @1:58pm EST from 877-671-1851. I never bothered to pickup. I've received this the past 5 days. Thank you to the other posters.....I KNOW WILL NOT EVEN PICKUP!

My phone rang with this number ~4:30pm, jumped onto 800notes.com and verified the number.

Never answered the call.
