Got a call from them about a half hour ago. No message...

Got a call from them at 10:52 a.m. no message.

Received a call yesterday (or the day before) and then 2 this morning 31 minutes apart. No message.

me too 31 minutes apart exactly.....must be collections....damn student loan.

Someone named Colette from 1-877-673-3586 keeps calling my phone# leaving messages (along with her phone# 1-877-673-3586 & a code#) saying something like "Anna, I need you to call me back as soon as possible..."

I called the phone# 1-877-673-3586 back and left her a voice mail saying the code # and "I'm not Anna, there's nobody at my phone# named Anna, there'll be no need for you to call me again"...yet even after that, Colette still keeps leaving messages on my phone for Anna!!!

I just got an automated message stating "this is a legitimate call" yada yada... press 1 for an agent or call back at this number.
Must be collections...

Wait 7 years and do a consumer proposal. You pay 20-30% of your debts and these idiots never call again.

You must send a written letter to the company.  Then you may contact the government agency that deals with collection agencies and file a complaint an they may be fined and the calls will stop

Why? 6ys from the date of last contact it will purge from credi bureaus. You can do a proposal anytime collections are involved too

Hey Frank, could you clarify what you mean by last contact.  Last contact they had with me and what qulifies as contact just them calling me or actually talking to them?  Thanks so much in advance.
