- rocket| 2 repliesThey are a complete scam. They try to sound threatening and say things like "lawsuit", "summons", and "serve you papers" and mention things like the US BUREAU OFFICE. The fact is, they make a lot of their phone calls from pay phones in gas station parking lots. Beware dealing with them and do not give them ANY sensitive information.

- ChristinaThey called my sister (for some odd reason) trying to get me. They told her they were from the Bureau of Arbitration; and that I'm involved in a lawsuit. First of all, there is no such thing as a Bureau of Arbitration. Secondly, I am not within no lawsuit. If you try to call them after hours it rings and goes right to a voicemail. What major company does that?! LOL

- NancyThey call me several times a day saying they are from a process server's office in my home town, BUT before serving me with a summons, they'd like me to all the company, regarding attempt to defraud a bank. They actually call from a land line with the same area code as me. Funny thing is, I filed for BKR chapter 7 less than a year ago, so there should be NOTHING on my credit. Weird.

- Alin JohnsonThey called my home from a number they would not give and now they are refusing to give me there business number so I can research them! They give me a fake site and say they are not on any business list at all! They will hang up on you when you ask them this and then someone else will answer the phone and argue with you! They will also try to give you a web site that is fake. If they are from the government they would have .gov address not .COM with just info as they say!

- janetI got a call from a "process server" who wants to bring my papers to my work but I told her to come to my home so then I found out it was for a pay day loan and I have had small claims court cases before and they do not send someone out to your house to serve you papers for a $300 case. You would get a letter from the court in the mail. So I believe this is just a scare tatic.

- Sue| 1 replyThey have called here twice for a person who does not live here. Said they are from a neighboring county clerk's office. Isn't that some sort of a state or federal offense to portray yourself as a representative of a government office you are not affiliated with? The number I was given was 877-212-5505 for U. S. Bureau of Arbitrations.
