Carribbean Cruise Lines........sigh more annoying calls......

Continues to call, not to call.

It is the fifth time they called about me winning a cruise. The caller claims to be the financial manager. She said I am one of the fifty people who did not respond to the promotion and would like to know why. I said I am not interested, and she went on saying the prize valid for 3 years, etc. This is also the fifth time I have requested them to remove my number from their calling list. CAN I TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THEM?

i also have received many calls from 877-682-2347 which is for a caribbean cruise which they say i apparently signed up for
they are getting quite pushy and i told her so
i said don't be so aggressive i am declining so take it in stride and i hung up
what is with these people
they are desparate for a sale but it is not me
If they want to give it to me free I might think about it lol

Seventh time they have called and claimed I've won and I never signed up for the cruise.  very rude and desperate.

Called many many times - but we are never home.  We have talked to them once, they told us that the offer was only good as long as we were on the phone.  We declined because they are the world's most ghetto "cruise line" and so we hung up and apparently they have changed their policy since they are getting more and more desperate for business.  I guess there is only so many people you can try and scam before you have to go back to the same people again.  Don't be fooled by their claims that you already signed up for it - you didn't, they are liars.

They are now called Caribbean Cruise Lines, but were called Imperial Majesty or something like that.  Same crap, different name.

After a bunch of calls, telling them "NO", I finally said I lost my job, my husband lost his job, need 2 knee replacements, my dog is sick, mortgage past due, the guy said, "What a time for a vacation!". And today they called again...sick of this crap!!!!!
