keep getting calls from them looking for someone but they do not give out any info on what they are calling about or what the company is.

The only thing tay say is we are calling from CMS like that is supposed to mean something

I keep asking them, what Is CMS and get hung up on after I repeat a couple times

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number but I haven't answered nor do they leave a message. I called back from a landline and I get a recording saying it is CMS and press 1 to wait for an agent or 2 to enter an agents extension. What the hell is CMS?

Keep getting this phone calls do not leave a message but when I called late at night they said you are calling CMS, they are just hungry telemarketers trying to intimidate people pretending you own them money, it is obnoxious, I am not able to blocked them from my land line phone

Its a collection agency.  The lady I spoke to (April) was EXTREMELY rude!!! I told her I was not going to pay this certain bill because of a lawsuit the company is in and told her she needed to stop harassing us. She told me my husband was a liar and when I said you call e at least 3 times a day and she said, "Blah, blah, blah, just pay your bill"  I said (expletive) and hung up.  

CMS is a LLC, (Limited Libility Company) which means they have a $200 license from the State and they "buy" debts owed to other companies.  It could be for a Credit Card debt, bank fees, etc.  

1.  You have a state and federal Constitutional right against excessive fines and due process against the illegal search and seizure of your assets and person.
2.  You never agreed with your credit card company or bank etc. to "switch' your bill to CMS or any other bill collector.  So tell them to send you a copy of the 'ORIGINAL' terms and agreement.  They can't and won't do it, because they don't have it.
3.  Instead of paying them a penny, simply PAY THEM NO MIND.  :)

Getting call for someone but don't know who just keeps borhering

It happened to me, I told her (April) to send me the bill to my address and if I owe I pay in full however she refused to send me the bill and hang up

They call and say it is about a patient but you can't understand any name?? Either the client or person calling. Weird

This place is a scam, Elliott Smith of buffalo NY is one of there managers. He lied to me and threatened legal action for a defaulted loan that I never took out.

Their message to me said they are calling from North Star services about an urgent matter! Had my name wrong too!!!

Rude callers over and over

Please tell me these people address so I can sue. Them and hopefully stop there crap

"Message is for Tony Hill. Tony, this is Brian Cohn calling from North Star, give me a call back today. I'll be in the office til around 8pm eastern standard time. I do need to speak with you before end of business today. Number is 8776822671 - 8776822671. I look forward to speaking with you you can return my call today that would be appreciated and my phone number once again 877-682-2671. I look forward to speaking with you and have a good day."

The person leaving this message was obviously looking for the accurate phone number to relay in the message, there was a long pause while reciting the call back number.

Left message looking for someone with my last name but wrong first name (no one in the family with that name).  Said to call back and that if they had the wrong name to call anyway bdcause she needed "my plate."   Wrong name and unclear request = deleted message, no call back.

Same thing here, someone keeps calling directly into my voicemail without the phone even ringing.  I don’t owe anything anyway.  All my bills are paid in full at the end of the month.  No student loans ever.  I am ignoring this.  There is no reason for anyone to call me for debts I never had, missed or ever will have.
