Received a call on cellphone. Didn't pick-up. No message left.

These IDIOTS call me almost every friggen day and never leave a message or anything~! They call before 8:00a.m. sometimes and late at night even. I don't know who they are or what they want, but I wish they would leave me the hell alone~! I never answer the phone so my answering machine gets it and now it seems like they know because my answering machine answers on the 4th ring, now they hang up on the 3rd.

No name shows up, just this number~!

its kcpl robot call and at 5 calls in 1 day i consider it harassment, especially since the only options when u call back are to use your cc or ca to pay a bill, with no option to 0 out to get a cust service rep period it just keeps repeating itself.

These [***] are starting to really get on my nerves~! They call and never leave a message and now they know that I have an answering machine, they hang up on the 3rd ring~! I wish they would leave me alone. No name shows up on caller ID, just the phone number~!

Well if you paid your bill then NO ONE WOULD CALL YOU!  Yeah, yeah, yeah it's there fault for calling all time.  Funny how it works when they get their money!!

If they want their money then they need to be considerate enough to leave a message~! Leaving no message and calling at all hours puts them in the same catagory as someone who just harrasses people~ And I pay my bill douche, how the heck do you think I have electricity.

They always make this stupid sound on the voicemail like a noisy wind turbine on an airplane. KCP&L isn't my provider, either.

Agree with Copperrr -- if they would just leave a message, it could also alert someone who overlooked their payment, which is why they are calling me this month.  I was out of town for a funeral and it slipped my mind, so because they couldn't leave a message, I had to come here to see who was all over my caller ID while I was gone.  

Furthermore, if you do answer the call, the only option their robovoice gives is to pay your bill.  They give you no chance to speak to someone, make a pay arrangement, or do anything else.

I think the owners of numbers like this are actually collection companies - hired from services that we use.  In my area, KCPL has contracted their collections out to another company.  In your area, it may be some other utility company, etc.  That would explain why these "who's calling" websites often have conflicting answers on who is calling.  If it's a debt someone is trying to collect, they more than likely use an automated system owned by a separate collection company -- who uses the same number for multiple clients.

Don't pay your bill through this number. I did and they took my info and my bill didn't get paid. No confirmation number at the end, that drew a red flag... It just hung up afterwards.  Thank God they didn't cut me off before I realized it.

I don't know who you are trying to reach, but I will not answer if I do not recognize the number.  Internet says that this number belongs to Kansas City Power and Light.  I do not live in Kansas, I do not have Kansas power and I would appreciate it you would remove my number from this list.  I have only recently obtained this number and if I can not get resolution, I will have to change the number.

It's a scam-pure and simple.  We get the same calls where I work and we are solar powered.
