Someone rom this number is harrassing my 12 year old, would like to know who it is.

I WAS LEFT A HARASSING PHONE MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER ABOUT A COURT CASE FOR SOMEONE NAMED JANICE BROWN FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST HER FOR COOK COUNTY COURT.  THERE IS NO COOK COUNTY IN MY STATE AND NO ONE BY THAT NAME AT MY HOME.  THE COMPANY IS PIEDMONT INVESTIGATORS OUT OF NORTH CAROLINA.

I just got a call from this by someone named Investigator David Miller. He left me a msg about a civil complaint with possible criminal charges in North Hampton County, and a summons issued by the North Hampton County Sherrif?! I have no idea what this is I have nothing I am hiding from nor any trouble at all. This county has to be in Virginia I think. He left his extension as 1005

I have received the same Harrassing messages at my place of employment. They are saying they are from Peadmont Investigations. Janet Brown and Detective Miller. I told them they were on a recorded line. They said I was as well. They are telling me that I owe for a payday loan that has been paid for a long time now. I have all the documents, The email they gave me is Info@investigation&Procurement.com... Bull Sh@^..... The number is 877-690-0854 X 1004 They said it was Harling Hill & Associates.... SCAM all the way.... Told me I have a pending case at Middlesex County Court ... Bring it on...

1/15/11-I received a call form 877)690-0854 and the guysaid his name was Investigator Michael Hickman and that I or my attorney need to call him. This was in regards to a civil complaint against me. If he didn't receive a call by today, he would have me served at my residence or at my place of employment. From the way he was sound, it was script that he was reading from.

A person from this number identified herself as Janet Block looking for my daughter and I was a reference.  My daughter called this number and was told this was a payday loan and I had to pay or she was sending the sheriff.  No information was given as to who, what where and where the bill was owed, just I had to pay today.  This is not legal....

Someone named Racino called me about a case from Cleveland Co. (said it was No. Carolina) about a bank loan my ex-daughter-in-law owed---then threatened to go after my son, since they can't find her.  I became upset and he hung up on me.  He claimed to be calling on behalf of Bank of America.

just recieved a message from this number saying that there was a pending suit in civil court with possible crimanal charges against my wife's sister. MY WIFE HAS NO SISTER!!!!!!! i dont know who or what this is about, but im fedup with it.

Joseph Lafeno or something like that.  Wanted me to send a payment to a woman supposed to be a lawyer.  Not a company to pay a payday loan that was paid off in 2007.  Still calling me for money.

I have received three voicemail messages threatening civil and criminal action, however when I call back this Janet Block person says she cannot give me any information about why she is calling me. I have asked for records however she claims she has none. Calls are also coming from 866-913-4426. I have given all this info to my attorney.
