Called and left no message

This number has called repeatedly over the last month or so, usually a couple times a week, but sometimes a couple times in a day. I am never able to answer my phone in time, as they let it only ring twice at best, and they do not leave a vm. I called the number back and an automated message told me a representative would be with me shortly. I dont have time to sit on hold. So I didnt.

These people are doing the same to me 1-2 rings then hang up. I don't call back numbers that don't leave a message or I don't know so I guess I will never talk to them. Of course at this point they may hear a few words they won't like.

call several times a week and always hang up before i answer. called the number back and was told they have no record my phone number. Told them i new it was a scam and that i would report them, she hung up. You can tell it's a call center from the noise in the background

Same experience, a couple of rings and then stops.  No ID.  Didn't want to answer as I expect it is a sales or other call I don't want to get involved with.  Calls early morning and throughout the day.  Annoying having to stop what I'm doing to make sure it is not a call I need to take.  Any ideas on how to stop would be appreciated.
