This is a debt collector violating the FDCPA by lying about service of process and false threats of legal action already completed.  These are scum of the earth people.  If you get a call to accept service of process, tell them you will gladly meet them at your local police precinct.  Of course, they will not show as they are only using an illegal scare tactic and have no intention to sue you.  They try to collect debt that is well beyond the statute of limitations or that has no merit.
