Apparently this an IRS number calling about  a "legal case"

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

Got a call three times from this number

I called but no reply call got disconnected

I just got a called from this number. scam!!!

Received a message from Calvin who said he was from the IRS.  I worried all night, thinking if there could have been any mistake on my taxes...called this a.m. April 30, 2014, talked to Calvin who asked which number I received the message at.  I thought that was odd so I asked him "who are you and why are you calling?"  He said he was from the IRS and was calling regarding a tax audit.  When I asked him why he needed my phone number he hung up on me.  I called back and in the meantime my daughter googled the number and we found this site and several others stating this is a call originating out of India and was a scam.  So they heard some choice phrases from me which they were quick to answer back telling me F you and other things.  WOW.  I hung up on them and they called me back as soon as I answered the guy started cussing me out.  Straight up SCAM.  Thanks to those of you who posted so I could find out the true nature of this call.

Called from this number 8777054245, it is scam, they guy cursed me out. They said they are from IRS.

Go the call from the same number too The guy had a horrible Indian accent He was rude from the begginig He was asking for my husband He said he was from IRS I told him I could barely understand him and hang up He got me worried for a second until I google the number and found this site This is really messed up because I guess not everybody figure it out this is a scam on time to avoid Something should be done about this
