I have recived several phone calls from the same woman from this number. She wants me to give a message to one of my family members. I am unable to help her... and I have told her that each time she calls me. I feel as though I am now being harrased! Please stop calling me.

I receive an call on my caller ID with Unknown Name/Unknown Number.  A man left a message on my machine stating he needed to get in contact with my nephew, who does not live with me.  He left the number 1-877-711-9491 and the name William Redford, and said it was important he got in contact with my nephew.

Collection agency for student loans

I'm getting phone calls from this number every singe day, asking for one of my relative too. The lady is being so rude on her messages, even screaming on the phone........

I think it is a debt collection for student loans.

My dad got a call from this number... they were asking to talk to me about tenants of mine.  strange.  i called the number with no intention to tell them anything--just curious who they are.  but, nobody answered.  so i'll forget about it.

This is Windahm professional Perkins division.  I believe they are calling about unpaid student loans.  Yes, she is rude - extremely and we are researching how to get her to stop.

Receiving same call.  She left one message and talked to the head of the household on the other and was told the person is unknown to us and we can not pass on a message.  I will refer her to the police department next time she calls.

This person just called my place of business and was very rude demanding that we give her info about an employee. I told her that I would pass on the message. Then she called back and wanted to talk to the Manager (which is me) and she wanted to complain that we would not give her the info.

got a call for my daughter who lives out of state. when i returned call, she would not confirm who she was looking for and was very rude. gave her name as Catalina Velasquez x 2861 (although she answered the phone after the direct dial with no extension requested.) hmmmm.

They called my fiances sister looking for my fiance in regard to an apartment I leased long before meeting her. When my fiance called them back they were extremely rude and ended up hanging up on her. I called to try and clear the air.... the lady refused to identify herself then accused me of harassing them. All while screaming at me. I too was hung up on. It seems as though they're a "fishing scam artist" posing as debt collection. They could see a college loan as public record used that as ground to call... were confronted... pulled my name out (as my fiance and I live together) but referenced an old address that she had no part of. All info they've given can be found as public record... they don't have the specifics that a real debt collector would.  Don't be fooled.

A man called stating they were calling to collect on a payday loan from 2011. I do not have any payday loans. They threatened to call my family if I didn't pay them that very day. I refused because I knew this information was incorrect but they kept calling and calling no matter how many times I told them they were incorrect. Finally, I asked them for written proof of this debt. They said I had written proof from the prior collection agencies. I've never received a thing. They also said they could reduce the amount I owed if I wired the money immediately. Red flag! Googling this company showed many similar complaints.
