This involves the state of Maryland.  This is a bill collector named "Creditors."  I work in the legal department of a company.  The caller identified herself as an employee of the Prince George's County government and she was pursuing a criminal complaint regarding an employee.

This is not true; they are bill collector looking for a debtor.  They are not employees of the police department or of the County Government as they represented.

I have got about 4 phone calls from a man who says he works for creditors but he is a process server. He keeps threating me to come and serve me court papers. I have no idea who this is. I have never heard of a process server giving you a heads up for coming to servce you court papers. Why isnt "creditors" calling me themselves or sending me proof of this debt? Was just wondering if you knew anymore about them. This guy is very threating!

I have received several threatening phone calls from Mike Simmons. He is very rude and says he is a process server from creditors and that he is coming to serve me court papers for my criminal case. I am unaware of any such case. When I called back I spoke with Beverly Crawford. She couldn't find my paperwork. When I told her Simmons left me a threatening voice message, she said she would look into it and call me back. When she called back, she left a voice message that gave no info or file #. When I called her back, I left several voice messages and she still has not returned my calls and it has been 3 weeks.
