Payday loan scam.  States that I was given $450 back in 2012 to my chase account.  Not sure how they have all my info but I pulled my statements from 2012 and clearly did NOT receive a $450 loan from them.  Such a small amount so I'm sure they think I will just go ahead and pay it to get them off my backs, but instead I am filing a police report!!!

Got a call from 810-512-7558 out of algonac mi, claiming to be a server and wanted to verify  my address , and gave me the 877# above to call and when I started asking Questions she said I was served and hung up,never did verify my address,thank you elizabeth for vrifying another scam as I have never even been to a chase bank! Called back and told her she was served and the state police have been notified! lets turn the tables on these maggots people and fight back!

I just got a call from this number.  They left me a message saying they needed to speak with me regarding a former client and that a complaint has been filed.  They mumbled the law firm so I am not able to make out which firm they said however the caller stated the name was Jason Snow.  They called me twice and only left a message once.  The ending note said "You've officially been served."  Not sure any firm would end with that.  Also the call came in as (608) 473-3788 with the callback number of (877) 727-2317.  This has got to stop!

I just received the same message, but from a local number, (530)776-0965, they said that I may have a claim filed against me, and they needed to confirm my address to serve me with papers. The "lawyer" mumbled his name, and stated this was my one chance to contact (877)727-2317 and that I had been served. While this is not as bad as the IRS scam, it's still annoying and it does need to stop!

just go this same call and my thinking if they have legal docs to deliver why don't they already have my address?  This Jason Snow is supposed to call me back in 45 minutes.  These people need to get a real job the crooks

I received a call from 877-727-2317 stating I owed a pay day loan that I never took out. I told them to send the court papers if they had any since I never took out a pay day loan. I am not sure how they have my info though.
