all from Time Warner solicitors
called my main service # and cancelled my service
how's that for making a money...

I don't reply unless I know who it is or if they leave a message, but they called 4times this week and still no message. My phone says info NOT PROVIDED.

I have been receiving calls from this number for two weeks at the same time every night.  But I also am the type of person that if I don't know the number I don't answer.  No message was left.

I called the number back & got a very nice person who explained they were trying to see if I wanted to add services.  I told her no, she said thank you & that was it.

Caller with a foreign accent used my name and then when I asked him to identify who he was, was silent. I hung up.

If this a legitimate business - they have to leave their msg. If it was a scam or debt collectors (which is the same) - they usually don't ! Recommendation - pick up the phone and listen if they say anything. If the not - and they called on your sell phone - block this number. And forget about it.......................

I had a difficult time picking up the phone, which is the crummy one anyway.

I said hello, [My Surname] Residence...

No one on the other end.

I waited for at least 1 minute,

then I hung up, or the call was ended... I don't really recall who ended it.

My call return feature said that they could not return the call,

but I dialed it myself, and got Time Warner Cable.

This number called me a few weeks ago and then hung up. i called it back it was time warner cable. They asked me if I was interested in upgrading my service I said no. Ever since a few weeks ago they have still been calling me at least 3 times a week and hanging up. didnt they get the picture when i told them I was interested. If this keeps up im going to cancel my service. Im getting really annoyed with them. STOP CALLING ME.

Been getting called 2-3 times a week for months now , always between 10:00am and 11:15am , from this number. Every call up until today was a hangup call - regardless of how soon it was answered. Today (8/19) a person was on the other end and said he was calling from Time Warner. It was obvious that he was from India (heavy accent). He wanted to sell me cable service. If he was really from TW , it would be in their system that I already was a subscriber!

It is Time warner claiming they are trying to upgrade my service, yet when I answer they hang up.

SCAM SCAM SCAM They probably call in as a utility and ask you to pay your bill. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM INFORMATION. Call your service provider directly and make your payment. They called me claiming to be spectrum and did not have my payment information. When I called Spectrum I paid my bill with no issue and they did have my payment information.
