I got a letter from a company calling themselves refund management center
on the envelope it says final notice but i never recieved a first one
there was a page missing from the letter and all it says it to call
877-729-2023 ext 4106

Ron, with the "General Investigations" at 877-729-2023 is calling all of my relatives regarding some allegation that my 33 year old 'Vet' son has a motorcycle that they want to pick up. After 2 tours in Iraq as a Combat medic, he put himself through University, just graduated with an double major in Accounting and Computer Science and is looking for a job. He called his creditor and worked out a deal with them but this 'repo man' Ron is hassling his whole family... Believe me, Ron does not want to meet my son!

So I get a call phone a Los Angeles number 323-480-9362 tell me his name is Ron from General Investigation and he has contacted several family members trying to locate my son.... who's phone number he has as he called and spoke to him previously ... then proceeds to advise me via a voicemail he even contacted someone I know which can only be known if he got on my facebook and he actually contacted him what the heck who does that and now I am creeped out. So when you try to return his call to any phone number he leaves the message is this caller is not accepting calls. HMMMM way to go Eagle mark and Harley what's the point in trying to make right and make arrangements if you still don't honour them. And who the heck does that crap I say harassment and violation of my privacy! BTW my son is a vet and has been real honest about his finances with his debtors.
