some idiot keeps calling here, and there is no answer.  this is truly beginning to piss me off!!

Repeated calls, blank messages left on the answering machine, and when I do pick up nobody's there. Six calls in the last 2 days! And another one this morning!

I have had calls from this number for some time now and deceided to see what came up in google search results. They call and call and when I answer they hang up or its just blank. The last one, just a minute ago which prompted me to begin the search, I picked up and someone (was a woman's voice) was laughing outright and then hung up the phone. Unbelievable we still live in an era where some people have nothing better to do! Outrageous and irritable.

Same thing here. When I answer nobody is there. I think it may be a pissed telemarketer because I am very rude after many calls from different telemarketers. They always try to keep me on the phone and my reply is.....I AM NOT INTERESTED, STOP TALKING AND DO NOT CALL ME EVER AGAIN!!!!  Thes

keep getting calls from this number. finally i answered. they said something about my number being randomly selected for a prize, i hung up

got 6 calls today.  No one on the other end. called back and message says it takes 30 days to remove from calling list.  very frustrating.

Well usually if its just like a normal annoying call when you tell them you are not interested they just dont push it, this woman i had was just pushing it and it was really strating to irritate me.

so like many of you i looked up this number after my mother continually complaining about them calling but instead of the yellow pages i decided to look it up in a toll free number reverse search and i found out this is a wireless internet company that is canada wide and they have a website www.allstream.com

they call me everyday as well and it is starting to piss me off

I get calls several times a day everyday, I was starting to worry that they were checking if we were home, I never answer calls from nubers that I don't know- I hate telemarketers but am not very good at being rude to them. When myhusband answers this nember there is no one there. I am glad I am not the only one, I was feeling stalked.

I have been starting to get calls from this number several times a day and from several other numbers. This just started happening after I decided to sign up for some surveys. Those get paid to take surveys. It's really my own fault for thinking those things were for real. What is happening is they phone you and get you to answer and every time you answer there is an automatic billing fee for connection and when you call them back there is an additional fee. Like those 1-800 calls that charge you 1.99 a minute. You are charged automatically for a few mins just by dialing the number and getting a connection with someone on the other end. Some of you said they were laughing at you from the other end, well its because everytime you answer the call or call back, they make money. The simpelist way to get them to stop calling is just ignore it and DON"T ANSWER. You can also register your number to that do not call list, however it takes 30 days to take effect and its only for telemarketers not these type of Scam calls. I hope this helps some of you inquiring about these calls.

The only way they can charge you for the call is if you give your credit card number. They have been calling my house since the begining August. My phine bill is not being charged and I have never given my CC number out to them. So how are we being charged??

Okay, I have made some progress on this number. Stay on the line for about 30 seconds to a min. Someone WILL answer. Its is a company called "Canread", it a company for magazines and books for Canada and the US. They are nice people even though I screamed at them. The reason why it seems like someone is haning up is because it is a computer that is calling you, it takes a few second for the operater to connect the call to you when you pick up the phone. I asked them to put me on the no call list but it takes 30 days for it to be put through. I am so not looking forward to getting more of these phone calls for the next month. But I think it will stop.
